Really great overall store, they have some quality merchandise and most of the staff is knowledgeable. However last time I was in, the managers dog nipped me and she didnt even have the decency to come down and get the dog out. Why have a dog in a running store in the first place?? Otherwise service was great, thanks to the short curly brown haired associate for the help!

Just left the store. Overall had a really scrappy customer service experience. It was unfortunate because my wife had just bought shoes there and had a great experience. Maybe I just got a bad saleswoman. Pro tip: try actually listening to your customer in the future. If you go in here, Id recommend avoiding the older lady with black hair.

I went in to purchase new shoes, the Woman that works there, was very rude,she gave me bad vibes, as if she did`nt want me to be in the store,too bad i purchased 3 pair from another store..i guess she does`nt get what... ( to buy locally means). don`t waste your time at this location, all customers are not treated equally.

I have bought several pairs of running shoes there and some clothing for my wife and I. I have always been treated amazing and they were over the top helpful whenever i needed to order something. From cases of gels to my new watch band. Love having such a great running store so close to me!
