I would prefer to shop at this location than the Lorain location. In Lorain they are not the most friendly bunch. The guys at this location are helpful and friendly. I have had nothing but great service at this location. I hope the guys at the Lorain location take a note or two from this location in customer service. Besides the great service this has a better selection of handguns as well. A nice little gem in Grafton.

Ordered rifle and was told it would be in within 4 weeks... paid for it in full in advance. Get a call a week later stating that the rifle would take between 4-6 month to come in. I find the rifle in stock somewhere else and ask for a refund of my deposit. "Sure thing but we charge a 20% restocking fee." They charged me $300.00 to restock air.

I have been to the grafton store and have had my bow restrung and have not had any problems with it. It is a great store for the fact if they dont have what you need in stock they can get it from their sister stores within a day! I also got more money on a trade for my new toy than anywhere else. Great service.
