I personally dont like staff waiting at the door and immediately ask you if you need help finding something, shopping is like hunting, you dont always know what you will bring home and i like the part of browsing, looking for new stuff. i dont like getting interrupted while im looking at something and clearly not seeking assistance. 4 times i was interrupted, but i wont fault them, they were all friendly and maybe they have management telling them to be more attentive, but it really took me out of my hunting mode. After the fourth time i really just wanted to get out of there asap. On top of that they wouldnt price match something just to get my business and make a loyal customer. I overpaid on something there a while back just for that "support your local businesses" attitude but after them not considering a price match that would have cost them literally $1, i dont have any motivation to support them with future business.

Since Dicks Sporting Goods took over they have gone downhill. Understaffed, poor stock levels, diminishing number of top brands which have been replaced with off brand junk like Dicks specializes in. I feel sorry for the workers there who are helpless to change the situation. As best I can tell they are the last surviving brick and mortar golf store in Northern Ohio. The internet has won!

They are either un-knowledgeable or scam artists - I called to see what it would cost to re-shaft my 3 wood (after the airline broke it) the guy in the shop says its $245 - just for the shaft. And I may as well buy a new club!!!! So I start looking around - and if the same shaft isnt on their own dang website for $49. What dopes! or they were trying to get me to buy new club??!!

I personally think that this is a very nice Golf Galaxy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have never been pushy but are always willing to answer questions if needed. They always have a nice selection of clearance clubs that are often very close to brand new at good prices. Wide selection of clothing, bags, golf balls and anything else that you need.

This location is where I get all my high end related golf, very informative and helpful associates and also kudos to Mike (Manager) he made sure and never stopped until I get my golf shoes that I won from Footjoy Co. I cant wait to play with them when weather permits. Still love my pre-owened AP2s they are solid.

Just left the store. Had a pocket full of ben franklins and had full intent on buying a set of irons and a driver. Stood in the corner of a near empty store looking at irons for half an hour and never received any help. Never had this problem in the past but I guess ill take my business elsewhere
