I placed my order on February 2nd for the "Florists Choice for Romance - UFN0899 - Standard" and an addon teddy bear for delivery on Friday for Valentines Day, and I found out when talking to her tonight that they had never been delivered, even on Saturday. I am 100% I have the correct address. I will be charging back my card on Monday morning when Im able to.

Im so glad I finally found a florist in Westchester that I can trust. After several failed attempts at ordering from different places, I gave Bloom Floral Designs a chance and they exceeded my expectations. Beautiful bouquet, even bigger than what was pictured online.

Great people, great flowers. If you dont shop here to buy your flowers your shopping at the wrong florist. I was mesmerized by the color and arrangement of their flowers. Best Florist in Westchester hands down.
