I went to this florist to get my daughter some flowers for her graduation. As well as get a few teachers. I explained to the lady I needed about 6 cheap bouquets but nice what can she do for me for about 5 to 10 bucks a piece and right away was very offensive stating that is something they did in the 70s and 80s. I was like no I have just did that recently and had no problem with the other florist. She finally can up with and idea for me. Which she could have done with out all the sarcasm in the first place! As shes making the 6 bouquets at 6 bucks a piece. She is huffing and puffing as if she is going to give them to me for free. Then I find a bouquet I like for my daughter realizing now they are only taking cash and no cards! So I tell her I only have 50 cash please forget one of the 6 bouquets. Omg what a horror she turns to the other lady. Who I gather is the owner. And says she only had 50 dollars ugh! Like hello Im standing Right here!! Is it my fault that your credit card machines are not working?? NO! So again I guess the owner said just give her it for 50. She wasnt happy about it but at least she let me have what I needed. But she should have told this woman to calm down its only flowers! And at least apologize to me about how rude ms huff and puff was to me!!! First time there and I will never go back again. Horrible customer service with sarcasm! I wouldnt give any stars if google didnt let me post w/o it!

Needed flowers for my wifes birthday. I wanted a certain selection from the website. She told me it would take anywhere for 20-30 min. She had orders and my selection was very time consuming which I understood, but I was running late. She then showed me a set that was pre made and well she made it look better then what I wanted. Little diamonds in the flowers glitter everywhere. My wife absolutely loved them. She was very nice lady and made everything perfect! Will do business again!!

I absolutely love Heavenly Florist. My family and myself have been going to them for over 20 years. The work is absolutely beautiful!! They value their customers and treat you like family! To the mean comment about them being racist, thats so NOT TRUE! its a store filled with many workers of different backgrounds. That comment was rude and ignorant and my friends at heavenly are far from racist. I love my heavenly florist family!

I have been going to them for years. Now i can just call them and give them the price range with a few other details and they in turn deliver nothing but a beautiful arrangement. One can trully see the attention they put into each order, no matter how big or small! I would recommend them to anyone.

Good, but overpriced
