We ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday which fell on Thanksgiving day. We were looking for a florist who delivered on that day and WP Florist said on their site that they would ( in fact I have a PDF document from them with the delivery date confirmed). When the flowers were not delivered even on the next day I called ( from India ) and was told that the flowers were not delivered because it was thanksgiving and that they would refund the money. There was nary an apology and the lady hung up me as I was speaking. Since we never got the flowers ( I would have been happy if they had delivered even the next day with an apology ) I really cannot comment on their quality or appeal but I would definitely think their service can be just a teeny tiny tad better. BTW - why did they take my email if they did not intend to intimate me of the non-delivery? Oh well!

My wonderful husband got me a big bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary on Saturday. On arrival, the flowers looked gorgeous - a mix of pink roses and white lilies because those are my favorite flower. That day I put fresh water and plant food in the vase. The next day I noticed the lilies were wilted and browning. By Monday the lilies were totally brown and dead - I had to throw them. Honestly quite disappointed since most lilies Ive had from elsewhere last at least a week. At least. My apartment is cooled and window blinds are closed during the day so it wasnt due to heat or sun. I called up to let White Plains Florist know of my disappointment thinking maybe theyd offer to send me a replacement but no resolution was offered except that they would monitor their lily shipments coming in :( sad wifey.

I order flowers for my mom , as she was in the Rehabilitation. I chose the something from their website & then called, I have to say, the flowers were beautiful. they did such a great job, Was a bit unsure, cause you never know what will be deliver sight unseen, MY brother sent a picture to show me, and they were gorgeous. Kudos to whomever made them up. Great job. thank you.
