HORRIBLE! AWFUL!! THE WORST!! DONT BE FOOLED!!! I used to be in LOVE with this flower store . . . . until the Mothers Day from HELL! I ordered some tulips from this "place of business" the week before Mothers Day to have the flowers delivered by 7am on Mothers Day. When Mothers Day arrived, 7am . . . NO FLOWERS! . . . 8am . . . . NO FLOWERS!! 9am . . . you guessed it! NOOO FLOWERS!! I decided to call the store to find out what had happened with my delivery and, before I could finish my sentence, the lady (for lack of a better term because ladies would never conduct themselves in the manner that this female did. HORRIBLE!!!!!!) started to yell at me and tell me, "WE DELIVERED THE FLOWERS!! YOUR WIFE SIGNED FOR THEM!! WE ALREADY DELIVERED THE FLOWERS AT 6:40AM!!" I looked over at my wife, WHO WAS STILL SLEEPING SO SHE COULD NOT HAVE SIGNED FOR ANYTHING UNLESS SHE WAS SLEEPWALKING AND THE FLOWERS HAD MAGICALLY TURNED INTO INVISIBLE FLOWERS, and replied to the woman . . or at least TRIED to reply to her in between her yelling tirade . . . that there are no flowers here and nobody signed for anything. She CONTINUED to call me a liar and say that we signed for them and that my wife had the flowers (which we did not). After a long session of this woman yelling at me, my wife (the one that magically signed for the invisible flowers) got on the phone, repeated what I had already said, also got yelled at like a child being reprimanded, and was able to ask if we can have some kind of solution and the problem. She was told that there are no more tulips and we could only get ONE bouquet and a store credit because they were fresh out. We agreed and continued to enjoy the beautiful day. Here is when it gets even crazier . . . . just in case you thought that it couldnt! When the delivery guy came to FINALLY deliver the flowers around TEN OCLOCK (three hours and two headaches later!) and he had THREE bouquets of tulips with him. Yes, THREE (even though they said that they were fresh out, which led me to believe that he did NOT deliver our flowers and had them all along)!!!!! So we took the two that we originally ordered, he kept the one and we never followed up on the store credit because we got our order. BUT WAIT!!! IT GETS EEEEEEVEN WORSE!!!! Fast forward to the Monday after Mothers Day . . . I am at work and my cell phone rings. I look on the Caller ID and it says "Flower Box". I pickup the phone expecting to have a good chuckle over the mix up and we all move forward from here. NOPE!! That was NOT what happened. As soon as I pick the phone up, that SAME female starts to IMMEDIATELY yell at me, "YOU ARE A LIAR!! MY DELIVERY GUY IS NOT STUPID!! YOU ARE A LIAR!! GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU DID!! WHY YOU LIE?!?!" and then she hangs up on me. I call my wife at her job because I thought this was some kind of a crazy prank. My wife calls the store and the lady YELLS AT HER AND THEN HANGS UP ON HER BEFORE SHE CAN GET A WORD IN EDGEWISE!! The lady was obviously not satisfied because SHE CALLED MY WIFES PLACE OF BUSINESS AND BEGAN TO THREATEN HER AND THEN HUNG UP ON MY WIFE AGAIN!! The final piece to this madness is that, because I loved their flowers and how I have been treated in the past, I tried to be the bigger person and call back to remedy this situation. WRONG MOVE!! Once she knew who I was she started to yell at me all over again, "YOU ARE A LIAR!! MY DELIVERY GUY IS NOT STUPID!! YOU ARE A LIAR!! GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU DID!! WHY YOU LIE?!?!" and then she hangs up on me. At that point I was done trying to have a civil conversation with her and this is why I am writing this review about THE AWFUL SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED AT THE FLOWER BOX ON MOTHERS DAY AND THE FOLLOWING DAY AT MY PLACE OF BUSINESS (MY WIFES PLACE OF BUSINESS AS WELL). Sorry for the long review, but I didnt get a chance to say much when I called the store so I am seizing the day in this review. Thank you for listening! THE FLOWER BOX IS AN AWFUL STORE!! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!

Today I began calling flower shops about 3:45 pm looking for a florist in the Rego Park area willing to deliver flowers to the most important woman in my life (my mother ) on this special holiday, many stores were quick to deny me the same day delivery before she leaves her office and yet, luck was on my side...I called Creative Florist and spoke to Jack... Not only that he agreed agreed to make me a beautiful arangement of about 50+ roses, but they also promised to deliver it within an hour on International Womans day. My mom was so, proud and happy when she received the large and gorgeous flower arangement, that she called me as soon as she put it on her desk. She was pleased, therefore I was even more pleased with the experience, customer service (even with the accent) he was the superhero of my day and I will definitely order from them really, really soon. Thank you Jack, you promised and you delivered a beautiful masterpiece. PS; I am leaving this review because I am in the vacation rental business and I know how important is one truthful customer feed back. Thank you Teddy

Great place however I believe it should be more organized
