I love Marshalls, but every experience should be enjoyable and helpful. The older lady in the fitness room is not helpful, she treats everyone like a criminal and even had the audacity to yell at the other girl working with her because a girl was leaving the fitness room without handing back her number, when SHE in fact did not hand either of us a number in regards to our article of clothing. Who wants to shop somewhere they cant even try on the clothes without some awful lady in the fitting room making our shopping experiences unbearable. Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to Melville.

Under Staffed!!! The line is ridiculous no matter what time of day you go and most of the registers dont have people working behind them. I have walked out numerous times after being on line forever. Great store but please add more staffing.

The store is clean and nice but unfortunately the lines are always very very long usually about 15 people although they do move kind of fast its just this should have an Express checkout line there 4 people with two or three items
