My own experience here was good, however a friend went in with her daughter. While the daughter was shopping, my friend was approached by a saleswoman and told that the looser clothing was in the back. My friend is not a SIZE 2. She is a healthy and fit mature woman. I think you had best review customer service with your personnel. I, for one, will not be spending any money at Lululemon.

Everybody was super friendly and was very knowledgeable on what size and cut to get just by looking at you. They make you feel welcome and right at home, will definitely be recommending this store to everyone I know!! :) and yes, the clothes may be a little more pricey but they are made to last and fit amazing
