Although the owner can be very pushy, she knows exactly what she is doing. Two women whose names i do not recall helped me while I was dress shopping, both very sweet. There was a dress I absolutely fell in love with but they did not currently have it in my size so one of the girls tried it on so I could see how it looked. They have lovely dresses and are helpful as long as you are ready to be helped. From the minute I walked over to the dresses, someone came over and asked to help me. If I were you, just dont argue with the owner because she can be snobby and does not think before she speaks sometimes. I have bought dresses here on several occasions and will continue to go back.

Another awesome shopping experience at Winged Monkey! The owner and her daughter could not be nicer. They always give us as much time as needed and never push us to buy anything. Every time we need a dress for a special occasion, we have found the most perfect outfit thanks to their patience and selection. On the one time we had a problem with an item they immediately took it back. We have even watched as older girls try on countless dresses for school dances and they keep bringing out more selections until the girl feels great about herself and her dress choice. My daughter and I are huge fans of this great store and today we had another successful trip there.

This is my go to store! I am always greeted immediately upon entering Winged Monkey and depending on if I want/need help there is always someone ready to recommend something or start to pull things they think I will like. This is the store I can always find my favorite jeans, a pair of boots, or a one of a kind necklace. I know if I need a last minute outfit to go out, or a dress, they will not disappoint! Their stock is always growing and changing, so I know I will always find something I love. If you want great service, a big selection and the most up to date styles then I would definitely send you to Winged Monkey.

This is the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life!!! from the time I walked in the store I wasnt even greeted when I asked about a dress I received a cold shoulder. The staff is so just outright rude not respectful to customers. from the time you walk in there the atmosphere is unpleasant negative aura. the owner seem very ignorant illiterate in running a business. will be filing a claim with the BBB about this horrific shopping experience
