BIG FAN!!!!!! I couldnt find better prices anywhere! i bought some food and treats from this store not to long ago and havent been able to find lower prices anywhere,down the road, major pet stores, and EVEN ONLINE!! i looked at the manufactures websites and even though it may be $1 cheaper on their webpage you end up spending WAY more after you add in shipping! The small family opperated buisness (Jessica,Allen,and her sister) will bend over backwards to help you with any situation as long as you are a reasonable person. And they have a replacement warrenty on many of their toys, food, collars etc as long as you save your reciept which with theft today i feel is very reasonable, and with the way my dog chews i need it!!! they are also very experinced in training and habits. They have helped me in many ways! I also love all the work they do with local resues and shelters! I also love that everything they sell is made in the USA ( which is very rare!!). I hope this store sticks around for many more years!!!

A store with a nice selection of unique pet items. It is not just for dogs. There are items for cats and birds too. Helpful service that you will not get at a mass retailer. Special items that you would never find at the larger places. My dog just adores those deer antlers to chew on and they last a long time and are much healither than rawhide. Also, the person named Richard who posted that the store was dirty and dusty must have been looking in the mirror, he should be locked up in a nut house. In fact, the shop just moved to a new location in the mall and has expanded to offer grooming, daycare and on site adoptions. This hater Richard must work in some dank little cave himself.

I purchased a freedom nopulldog harness with leash and martingale collar for $53.00, the harness was heavy bulky, and did not work to keep my poodle from pulling any better than martingale collar. I was informed by the information provided that if the harness was worn it could not be returned. How do you know if a product works as advertised if you dont try it?I have been taken advantage of , and am sad for believing the ads.I must advise anyone that writes a review that is not perfect will hear from the owner and are not very nice about a review that is in any way negative. I wonder if the guy that wanted to take a picture of a kitten was treated as poorly as I was. Sad sad.

I would never, ever shop here. I have a cat and was shopping for him. I am considering getting another kitten. This store fosters kittens and cats but doesnt technically sell animals. I saw a very cute black kitten in the window. I took out my camera (no flash) to take a few shots to show my wife. The owner comes marching out and says in a loud voice "NO PICTURES." I explained why I wanted to take them and he said "I dont care, no pictures." Well guess what??? The customer rules. No pictures, no purchase, no future business from me or my 3 local family members with pets. Even if you had a good reason, how about a nice attitude??? ADIOS

This store is run by people who truly care about animals. They offer a place to shop to get products made in the USA and offer great prices for the quality. I was having a hard time finding the right items for my dogs (as they have dietary restraints) and they were so knowledgeable on everything. On top of this they have great harnesses leads and leashes. We have the items we love to purchase from here but we also like to just stop in to get the pups a treat or two for good behavior. Their work transcends their retail establishment as they also look to help local charities and rescues as well. Love it!

I love this shop. I discovered the shop in early 2013. I wish I knew about it way before then. The owners are very friendly & welcoming. You can tell they love animals just like their customers. I went over the holidays & bought a Silver Planet Diamond Plate ball which came highly recommend by Allen. I have to say my dog has not made a dent into the ball. It has been more than a month. That is a record in my house ! Just for the time they take out to chat with their customers makes you want to come back. I am planning on bringing my dog in to be fitted for the no-pull harness on my next visit !

First of all if any of you morons, would ask first in stead of ASUMING, the condition of any animal in there store!!! They come from the shelter, as people like you that abuse or neglect animals. So, command since would only tell you, these animals are going to have to come back to perfect, in a couple of months... And if they even do so!! I have gone in there, these people mean well, by helping the animals from shelters!!!! Not puppy mills!!!! You people that down grade this store should be ashamed of your selfs!!! Ask before you judge!!!!!!!_

Stopped the other day as the owner or maybe employee was locking the door at 4:15 pm, they had just put a sign up saying they would be back at 4:30. The woman watched me walk up to enter, looked right at me and walked to her car. I guess customers are not that important. Whatever the person was doing could not have been so important that they would walk away from a customer if they were only going to be gone for 15 minutes. Ill shop else where.

This store is great! The products they carry are amazing: healthy treats, super dog beds, and wonderful shirts and coats, all at a reasonable price. I bought my older dog a new bed on Monday - he loves it. I love it too because it is very well made and looks great in my home. But the best thing about USA Dogs is that they support adopting a pet. They host different rescue organizations on weekends. Keep up the good work.

I love the fact that Jessica and Allen sell things made in this country...thats not an easy thing to do! They also sell my favorite no-pull harness! Its just the best harness out there to provide control along with positive reinforcement; that is super-important to me! Made in USA..priced right..How can it get better than this? The owners are always on hand to explain products and discuss the needs of your pet. I found the store to be clean and well stocked. Love the harness, or should I say Henry Loves it!!

I discovered this great store over the summer. The ppl were friendly and informative about their supplies, business, etc. I will be going back to get my dog a coat for the winter. They have wonderful items for both cats and dogs.

DUSTY, DIRTY, OVERPRICED, STAY AWAY!!! I walked in with my 2 small kids to find all the dog toys to be overpriced and dusty. Doesnt look like anyone shops there. Place should be condemned.
