Worse pet store Ive ever been too and Ive been to the dog place inside the mall before it was closed down. First of all I just went in for a damn gold fish and I tank. There was NO ONE in the fish section beside a woman named Michelle. Now I waited for Michelle to finish with her customer thinking shell acknowledge me, boy was I wrong. She was more concerned with the dogs that were around the area. Anyway I stopped what I think was the manager and she gave me some advice. So when the time came for me to actually buy the fish, I signaled for Michelle assist me and she pretended to not see me even after she looked dead at me. Anyway she finally comes over and huffing and puffing asks what fish do I want I said anyone you grab. She ties it up and walks away. Smh you people need better employees.

I went in store because my clients cat has been sick and I needed advice from the vet that was there. I was told by an employee that i could go and ask the vet my question. I go online and wait about 15 minutes. When i got up to the get to ask my question she looked at me and said "there are paying people on line..you cant just come here and ask questions." Very nasty and rude. All im trying to do is save my clients cats life and this was how i was treated..i guess they dont care about animals..only money. I will never walk back into this store again after that.

I used to come in here weekly pretty much, to give my dog a treat and a ride in the car...after many many trips here only to find my cat litter and dog food brands never in stock...I stopped coming altogether....tonight on the rare occasion I neeeeed to buy dog food due to my own poor online order timing from chewey, I stopped in only to find a ginormous bag of Iams and zero cans...I remembered why I stopped coming here in the first place...

People below that complain..... why dont you ask for a application if you think you can do their jobs better..... I love Petco. So does my furbabies...always have what I need. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Never had a problem. Will always recommend my friends to Petco. The Grommers are also awesome. They take their time with your pet. Not spoke them like some places I know. Will be back soon Thank you for your services

In my opinion this place stocks better merchandise than petsmart, and seems to have a wider range of higher end cat food than it as well. I would liken it to Bed Bath and Beyond for pets vs Kmart for pets. Cant speak to any of the services offered at either because I havent used them. I will say that Petco is further away from my home than Petsmart and I still come here. No negative experience so far so nothing to detract stars.

Horrible service no one there had a petco shirt on so u didnt know who the employees were. Then i waited for 10 mins for someone to help me not even friendly . Then i asked about a certain fish she told me on we dont carry them anymore them we found that fish that supposedly do not carry so i go there all the time spend my money and there not even nice think i stick with newburgh

I had to say only okay because I went to get cat food, the Blue brand but something told me to look at the date on the bag. I guess because it was dusty, Im strange like that! Well its a good thing I did because it was dated for last year some time! So I had to go somewhere else for the cat food but I love their selection of bird food, so I did get what I needed in that department.

The selection of items are nice, however the staff was lacking enough that I will not return. There were 3 customers in front of me and I waited online for over ten minutes. Cashier was incredibly slow and kept calling for another cashier who never came, meanwhile there were mutliple employees at the back of the store just hanging out.

Good selection of salt water fish but no knowledgeable sales person . A kid who was in the dog food Dept yesterday was trying to tell me all the fish are reef safe cause thats where they come from. I wanted to slap that cocky little punk.

So its Petco, this one is particularly busy. Its right on the main road and there is plenty of parking. Youll see plenty of dogs on leashes and the bathrooms are clean.

Good normal Petco selection. Fish can have ich so be careful. Staff is mostly friendly, but it can take a while to get feeder crickets etc.
