Their whole team were wonderful with my 16 year old dog, who I asked last minute, for a bath. They fit me right in and took wonderful care of her. They understood her needs and my anxiety about her age. An hour later, we were back together and she looked wonderful. She was taken care of as if she were their own pup. I would highly recommend Bee Well Pets for grooming as well as their premium pet products. If you care about your pets, both cats and dogs, visit Bee Well Pets and you will not be disappointed. Their professionalism, knowledge and caring advice will help any pet owner.

The owner of this facility is very rude and disrespectful. The groomer does not know how to handle nervous dogs or to listen to owners warning that the dog may become aggressive. When you go to a groomer with an newly adopted dog and warn the groomer and the owner that you are unsure if he will be aggressive with the grooming they should listen or decline doing it. All an owner wants to do if to make the dog more comfortable and to trust that the facility they are going to. If you cannot handle these types of dogs say so.

I love having a store close to home where I can buy quality products for our dogs! Ken is very welcoming and informative. He definitely has a passion for his work and is a proud pet owner! I think some of the pricing is a little high, but others are just fine. The convenience and not having to spend on gas to get to the next closest store makes up for the difference.

I feel sorry for this place or shall I say the owner! The owner was very disrespectful to a potential customer on so many levels, when one tries to apologize for being late and not calling all efforts of the apology just goes unheard; just welcomed with hate, disrespect and a lot of rudeness!!!
