Terrible experience- Received no attention from the workers. My daughter counted 8 dead fish and most of their fish had ick!! Most of the hamsters that I saw had pink, irritated noses. The 2 ladies on duty had very vulgar language and were obviously not happy to be there, so I took my family and my business elsewhere. This is heartbreaking because I was very loyal to this store, but over the years the service quality has gone to trash. The nearby Petsmart was a much better experience. And I buy my dogfood (2 well-loved German shepherds) at Corraddos market.

The staff is very knowledgeable and can thoroughly answer even the most specific of questions. It may be a small place, but they can almost always special order an item that isnt held in the store (which comes in within a week). The animals are treated very well, and almost always have a new home within a week. Check it out!
