my son and i went to this store this afternoon. we often like to look at the animals. My son is six and we asked the sales associate to help us choose a small pet that he may be able to handle. She pointed us to the small chinese hamsters, she let us hold him and was very informative...we decided to get it and she helped us pick out a cage, with all the accessorys, the food the bedding, and a rolling ball for it..Then she helped me carry all of the things. She was very kind to my son and answered all of his questions..When we went to pay the total came to under $50.00.... Thank you...

A fun place to visit and get excited about pampering your pets. I wish there was more variety. However, I cant say much for the cat adoption. Now mind you, the PetSmart staff have nothing to do with pet adoption. The cat adoption is operated by a local humane society. When my daughter and I found the cat we wanted to adopt, we called the number listed on the door (no one was there even though the listed hours indicated that there should have been), no one ever called back. We left numerous messages but to no avail.

I bought a ball python from them and they said it was on frozen mice but it was on live. I asked to see there feeding charts and they had not done them for over two months. Not even sure my snake was fed because she was very skinny. Go to briar feed across from the Kingston town offices. Carl hooked me up and saved my snake!!

I use to like to go here and shop. But the store is a mess. You have to wait forever to get help. One guy in the fish department the other day with 7 people waiting to talk to him.Store needs to hire more help for sure.

Great go-to store for pet supplies. Its a bit pricey for us but they usually have what we need for our pets when ordering online isnt an option.
