“Horrible customer service” I ordered a 99 dollar Christmas gift from amazon and it was susposed to get delivered to Nordstrom and I never got it and its 3 days after Christmas and I asked for a refund and never got my money back

I agree with another posted comment,the quality is basically high -end, with discounted prices, such as Free People! you have a 90-day return time too,which is very fair. New stuff every 3 days.
