SIMPLE RUG SHAMPOO TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. Had appointment for 7/3/15. The person that took the call (Alex) and the person that seemed to be in charge (Scott) arrived anyway even after I cancelled and made the new appointment with THEM...........duh. I called to change the original appointment on 7/1/15 - a person named Alex took the message and changed it to 7/7/15 from 3-5. At 4:00 on 7/7 I called and they said they didnt have an order for me...........note: that I took time off from work for this. Angry ...I foolishly made another appointment with them for 7:30am (a work day for me and more time off) on 7/10/15....to my surprise and stupidity...they didnt show up and I had to call Scott again (the person that made the appointment)..his reply..."huh" Ill call you back. That was a half hour later and then I was told it would be another hour and a half before they got there................ They finally showed up cleaned the rug in less than a half hour...apologized and left...............heres the real problem......THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER THAT REALLY TAKES YOUR COMPLAINT.....SO THIS IS MY ONLY RESOURCE. I will never use this service from Sears again.

Even one star for this location is too much. Santo is just a J*** A**. He does not do anything except snoring and occasionally falling asleep while working. Well, next time do us a favor and go lay down on one of those beds that you guys a selling and take a nap. When he wakes up it might take him a god hour to actually understand questions about dishwashers. He is the reason why I would never go back to sears. is way too much.

This store has a great selection of appliances and home products as well as Craftsman products. The store is split into two floors with tools/Craftsman and appliances on the first floor and clothing/Lands End on the second floor. I am not sure why the other reviewers have complained about bad service as I have always had great service here and Ive been going to this store for years.

Possibly the worst customer service in the universe... Trying to talk to anyone is a nightmare. If there are employees they avoid you like the plague. Given I only spent a few hundred dollars there with the in store pick up. No one would help. Go anywhere else. Walmart has better customer service. Even the dreaded East Syracuse one....

This store is open but looks like its barely functioning. There are sections that look empty and have limited inventory. Its a Sears so youll find a little bit of everything for clothing, bedding, appliances, and electronics. Not sure how much longer this store will stay open.

I had absolute garbage service from the "manager" here. I am appalled. I purchased a grill from there yesterday and the so called manager was an unprofessional sloppy rude man. I am very disappointed with this store.
