I have been to my share of Wal-Marts on my travels up and down the east coast. I have to say this is on the most rudest Wal-Marts I have ever been to. Wal-Mart says prices are based on location and median income. this store is so high on price compared to a big city. I bought a prepaid phone from there and it didnt work very well were I lived. so I took it back to this Wal-Mart and it took me over an hour to get my money back. they couldnt find a money manger to approve the transaction. wow. also it has to bag one of the worst food depts. hamburger meat is usually also Brown. I give this a two star. Just compared to all other Wal-Marts Ive been to this has to be the worst.

Terrible! In the Electronics Section they made my fiancé, my special needs brother, and I wait 2 hours for a tablet with a keyboard. We assumed they were looking in the back. We were never informed they had no more in the back. We were seen by 2 workers. Totally ignored. Finally my fiancé said something. Then he told us. So we bought one of the one we both wanted and I chose another. We get home. Turns out mine was for display. Said it on the box. We never saw it. Then we took it out and it was broken. So tomorrow were going back to get another one. Its ridiculous and my brother was late for his diabetic shots too. Were beyond pissed with this service tonight.

Wonderful staff. Alongside the usual Walmarts I have been to, this one stands proud. Of course if you cant find a Walmart associate in fabrics or electronics, you can politely ask and you will be taken care of. Ive heard complaints about the staff being rude here, but I have found nothing of the sorts. Ive also heard complaints about time, or that an associate took too long. They work as fast as they can and work with what they have, and apologize greatly for any delay. This makes me feel great respect towards this store. I always find a cashier with a cheerful attitude.

This is a fairly rural area and the next closest Walmart is 45 minutes away..thats the only reason this one gets 2 stars..something is better than nothing. The customer service is lacking..even the mangers are unlikely to go out of their way..some of the cashiers are down right nasty. And this Wal-Marts selection of products is pitiful and theres things like make-up bags that they dont even carry. In my experience its better to just drive the 45 minutes to get the same prices, better selection and better customer service.

It has definitely gotten better with clothes but the costume jewelry is a joke. Now I have to get my jewelry from online shops instead or create my own. The real jewelry isnt great. They look so fake! Its great for electronics. Not great for budget shoppers in the food area and paying $5 taxes for everything sucks. Food Lion doesnt do that.

I really like shopping at this Walmart, and thats saying a lot because I dont normally like shopping at Walmart. Their stock is the best on the shore, the people who work here are wonderfully friendly.

If youve been to 1 Walmart u been to them all. This one is a fairly new store almost 2 yrs old. Really clean, bathrooms too. Store is always stocked and the employees are very nice!
