Review Extreme lack of communication they promised things then dont deliver. Due to their error they had me come back several times to sign papers that were neglected to have me sign when I was there not to mention I live an hour away. So 4 trips due to their error and then THEY had the guts to charge ME for transportation to MV for my registration. Go figure ..their word means nothing they say what you want to hear to seal the deal for example they gave me one price for my car for trade-in they come back the day im there to buy my car and offer me $500 less after guaranteeing me a certain amount thats just one of the problems ....they also informed me on several occasions that I would be receiving $80 back along with my registration which was part of the deal for me because I got less than what I wanted for my car so that was a dealbreaker for me then they came down the road and told me no I wasnt going to get $80 when I argued about it they agreed to give me 40 then when I call to arrange to pick up the registration they informed me that I would only get back less than $40 and they wouldnt give me my registration unless I agreed to sign title for my car that I traded which I didnt want to due to I didnt trust them. I was concerned but they would go back on the word with the refund which they ended up doing . By the way I DID NOT GET BACK ANY REFUND AS PROMISED SEVERAL TIMES!!! SOO it went from $80 to $40 to LESS than $40. To ZERO!!!! Its not the amount but the principle!!!! SCAM!!! Worst place to buy a car from. My girlfriend and I recently like 7 months ago leased cars from here. Since then she has had problems after problems with her truck, things that were so worn down they been needed to be fixed, engine light coming on muliple times, car not starting, an it goes to there repair shop they telling her its fixed and charging 100 deductables an the problem wasnt even fixed. Happened again car not starting and the first time they tell her its her battery an they dont know how when they put a new battery in the car before but put another new one in no charge. This happend again like 2 times going out to leave for work at 5am an unable to start her truck. We made multiple calls to the owner an management no response after weeks. The manager at the repair shop telling her theres nothing wrong with her truck the tow person brought it up here an it started with no problems thats because he had to jump the truck and we had to do that everytime she calld insurance to get a tow it needed to be jumped. The week before I took it up there again because it wouldnt start an they said it was a corroded battery terminal an the fixed it again no charge. To have the mechanic the manager at that tell her theres nothing wrong with her truck ok she got upset she has that right because he basically calling her a liar she goes off an then the mechanic tells her you can take your truck I dont want to even work on it anymore. For staff to work in the office to tell her she should be glad that its having these problems now you can get them fixed and this was around the holiday time. Now we want are money back so she can go somewhere else to get something more reliable or the next step law offices involved.

I had to trade in my old Ford Escape and purchased a 2014 Ford Escape back in February 2017. Newest vehicle I have ever owned and I had to use some of my retirement money to purchase it. It was clean inside and out. LOVED IT! Laura Lee, the sales woman at Santa Motors, was awesome. The gentleman who did the paperwork with me, was a jerk. Cant remember his name. Customer service skills were horrible. Within a month the troubles started. and have continued! Two recalls (one has been resolved). Seat belts wouldnt retract. Fortunately that was covered under the factory warranty. The right front was making knocking noises, most notably going over bumps, braking, etc. I had it checked it at least three times, two at the dealership and once at another repair shop. Everyone said "oh its really nothing!" Turned out it needed the strut replaced. The check engine light came on several weeks ago after overheating. It needed new hoses and then a front end alignment and rear brakes. I had to rent a car while it was in the shop because I was taking cub scouts camping for the weekend and didnt want to take a chance of breaking down. And, as of this writing, 7/27/17, it is in my driveway waiting for my mechanic to come and look at it yet again. I really loved this vehicle when I purchased it, but not so happy anymore. My savings are gone.

Absolutely disgraceful place of business. What a sham these people are. Santa Motors Is operated and run by complete Crooks. They are above and beyond dishonest and deceptive in their business dealings. To make a long story short We bought a 2014 vehicle from Santa Motors and was horrified when the thing had issue after issue after issue within the first 60 days of purchase. The salesman was of no help whatsoever. The service shop was of no use at all. NOONE knew anything, nor did they want to do anything. Kept returning the car damaged and broken. After a full inspection which I go to pay for the frame of the car was found to be rotted and also displaying signs of a faulty transmission. The owners and the staff were absolutely rude, displayed no compassion or concern. They were ALL downright defensive. I have had to pursue legal avenues because the Owners are so uncooperative and nasty. VERY BAD PLACE, VERY BAD PEOPLE SCAM ARTISTS

Bought a car 3 years ago from Santa motors and had to have them put rotors on the rear tires and replace a coil within 2 weeks of having the car. Their mechanics did the work. As of recent Ive had to have bearings put on the front tires... both sides, a new alternator and battery, and replaced all the coils and replaced the spark plugs. Oh, and had the rear stabilizer links replaced. Plus my engine, break and ebs lights are on, but my odometer doesnt work and now my gas gage is starting to stick. Ive noticed a musty like stale smell in the car from time to time. Ive felt from the beginning that the car may have been a flood car. I am going to have it checked to find out for sure. ....Currently looking for another vehicle. I also referred my aunt there and she has had to do some repairs as well. Its been 2 years for her.
