Oh God, where do I start? Okay, this one is for you Darnell.. All right, so this place is so, oh, I dont know, full of it. Lets start with the fact that this man did not tell me that I was purchasing the extended warranty. If I had knowledge, I would have declined. Oh, did I have a choice? Yes. How do I know? The second chance bank that allowed me to finance the car told me so. Two. This gentleman does not listen to the uber important facts.. i.e. If youre giving me $1500 trade-in-value on a car that had a black book value of $2250, I didnt want it. But I got tired of putting money into the trade-in car and took my loss. Third and finally, only because I had to save the best for last.. Im pretty sure you are defrauding the MD Inspection system.. How do you ask? Oh um, the car that you (Dar-nell...) had some really.. Really... REALLLLLLLLYYYYY horrible tires.. Say it with me now: "How so Adrian?" Im flattered you asked. Two of the four tires that were slapped on the car have a manufacture date of June 2006!! No maam, no sir. Not a mistake. June.. of.. 2006.. Not to mention within one week of having the car, it shook at speeds over 50mph. Weak shake, but grew worse the faster you went. This is the part of where the masses ask, "How did you fix it Adrian?" oh you know, just a normal guy who likes to tinker with cars and got the car on a lift. Guess how many of those "inspection ready" tires had one of the following: Uneven wear, coupling, tire bumps, flat spots, and or cracking..? If you guessed all four had 3+ plus symptoms, youve guessed right. But Adrian, if you bought the car in August of 2016, why are you saying something now? Right. The bank actually called me for their own survey. Laugh out loud right??

Bought my first Vehicle from a dealership through SMH. Had a FANTASTIC experience. Sam( the owner) and Salesman Luis (not sure if i spelled that correct) were amazing. They bent over more then backwards for me. I first saw my truck i purchased (2005 chevy 2500 duramax) sitting on the lot after hours. Sam walked out and talked to me and my boyfriend and i asked about the truck. Wasn’t for sale yet because they had just bought it hours before. I patiently waited for the inspection and all to go through. He took my name and gave me first shot. Sam openly admitted to me after i purchased my truck he didn’t expect me to actually buy the truck (being a young female), but being the first to see the truck he gave me the UPMOST respect and called me first to test drive it when it was ready. They never tried to pay me or give me the run around. They were upfront honest with me and 100% truthful about the truck. After having others call and call wanting the vehicle he gave me my time to work out a cosigner and my bank to give me the loan. When i came in and purchased the vehicle i had never felt more thankful or respected by any salesperson. They were more then wonderful and really helped me out on the price and my extended warranty. If i could recommend a dealership to anyone SMH would be my first choice. I couldn’t be more thankful for Sam an Luis for their patience and respect. Great guys, never pushed me to purchase anything.I even received calls months after and texts to check up on me and make sure I was still in love with my purchase. This dealership is definitely worth buying from. --Thanks again guys from a life long customer Heather :)

Buyer Beware. That is always the case, however based on my experience with one salesman, I would highly recommend taking any car from this dealer to an independent mechanic to check the condition of the car. The used car salesman that we dealt with was very accommodating, and friendly until we returned from the test drive. The dealer does provide a free Carfax (very responsible), which for the car we were looking at states that there are no reported accidents. As quoted from the Carfax website, "However, we do not have all accidents as many have never been reported, or may only have been reported to a source to which CARFAX does not have access. We recommend that any car be inspected by a qualified mechanic prior to purchase to make sure the vehicle is functioning properly and check for signs of unreported damage." Upon further investigation of the SMH car, it appeared that the car may have been in an accident. It is a used car, that is several years old, so this is not unexpected. I was not going to buy the car, but wanted to let the salesman know that it appeared that there was a conflict with what was on the Carfax report. My concern and the reason for the one star review is the complete lack of interest that the used car salesman had when I offered to show that the car had evidence that it was in an accident. Evidently, as long as they dont know, or suspect that the car may be damaged, they dont feel an obligation to tell the buyer. Based on my experience, it is very apparent that at least one of the salespersons is willing to stick his head in the sand and ignore evidence.

Tried to help my little brother test drive a car here... an older gentlemen got the key for us. The car did not even start, which was not that big of a deal. But, he told my brother this car drives likes any other, and that he needs to know we were serious about purchasing because we were wasting his time (my brother only drove one other car here so Im not sure what the issue was). He then made the assumption that my brother would not be paying for the car himself, and we were told that we should bring an adult back before we continue. I told him my brother had the money to buy, and the man asked if he could see it... How insulting! My brother is 18, and I am 22. When I am in the market for another car myself I will not even consider SMH. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and was highly disappointed by the way my brother was treated here. My reply to the "owners response" : "For insurance reasons, we cannot let someone with a learner’s permit drive our vehicles unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian." What a joke! You have a copy of his drivers license. He is 18 years old and was not going to need financing. Asking how a customer will be paying for a vehicle is different than making a false assumption. Your salesman was incredibly rude, end of story. I do not "feel" that I experienced bad service, it is what happened! The manager already apologized to me via a personal message, so I am not sure why this inaccurate public response was necessary.

I came in with the intention of purchasing a certain vehicle. I was told a certain down payment amount, and I politely told them I would call within the hour to let them know if the down payment amount was ok....I called less than an hour of leaving and said I wanted the car and wanted to know when they could bring that car over to their lot (the car I wanted was at their other store). I was told I would receive a call when the car was brought over so that I could finish the deal. my call was never returned (I called 3 times). I went to the location where the car was to see if someone there could help me and i was told no.The next day I sent an email to Jim asking for him to call me, and he did and told me to come on over but to wait a few hours (he said they were swamped). when I came in I found out they had sold the car. my time was wasted coming in, and I now realize why my call was never returned.
