True to their word. Update: 10/14/15 I set out to work like any other day. When I started my car the Service Engine Soon light of doom came on and so did the Low Oil light. I had planned to call when I got to work. When I pulled into 7-11 for my morning coffee, the dreaded S.E.S. light started flashing, whoa! Calm down girl. I got my coffee and off I went to Northside immediately. Servando and his team inspected my car thoroughly, at one point I saw the mechanic with both arms elbow deep in the engine compartment. An hour later Servando comes to the waiting area and says that one of the cylinders died, rendering the entire engine kaput. They ordered me a new engine and set me up in a loaner car. I just picked up my car and she is purring like a kitten. While I cant say my luck has been great, I can say that Tom Fisher and his team were wonderful. Im a loyal customer now! My last review was unfair and short-sighted. Let me tell you about my experience. On Wednesday 9/16 I called Northside and spoke with Tom, I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. Tom referred me to Luvi H., who promptly emailed me and introduced herself. She gave me a list of items I would need to bring and we set up an appointment for the next day. I came in to the showroom which is clean and nicely decorated. We chatted, Luvi handled all my paperwork and we were off on the test drive. My paperwork went through without any issue and I left with my "neused" (a word my mom coined), happy and content. Fast forward 1.5 weeks and the low oil dummy light came on, oh no! I was upset, of course, and I contacted Luvi who referred me to Servando. Im now sitting in the service bay whIle Servando and his men work diligently on diagnosing the issue with my car. Tom took the time to me to explain how important customer relations are to him and his company, and it made me feel confident about my purchase. Obviously Northside knows one or two things about the Automotive industry. While I cannot say that the service hours are convenient for me, thats my problem and in retrospect is really only as inconvenient as being a bit late for work. Give these folks a call and let them put you in a car.

First of all, for a company that has been in Manassas since 1978 and Google has been around since 1989, to only have three (3) reviews tells me one thing, most people seem to only post reviews if theres a problem. Sad! I cant say a negative word about Northside or Tom Fisher. Tom is a salesman and salesmen that have been in the business for a long time "talk" a lot. I cannot fault him for that. His "talk" is honest and hes a fair man. Hes been in this business a long time and compared to other salesmen Ive known, like the one who sold us our house, Tom is straight up. The rest of the staff, Jeri, Delia and Luvi are such great people that I stop in just to visit when Im in the area. I already feel like Ive known them for years. They always make me smile! As far as the car, I Love it! It had one glitch that they gladly took care of and everything is find and dandy. I would recommend anyone to go there. I would also buy another car from them. In fact, I plan on it. For "anonomous person" and the dis-satisfied "Google User", all I can say is that everyone cant be pleased all of the time but how hard did you actually try? Perfection is something no man can achieve but at Northside they do what they need to to help. Need a car? Go in and talk to Luvi Hernandez. After a while youll forget youre in there to buy a car but at the end of the process you will leave happy. I did! One year from today I will update this review and Im sure Ill still be satisfied. To everyone else, help out a local business. Post your story! If youre happy and you know it say... something...

The owner is a great talker. he will tell you that he wouldnt sale you anything that he would not put his family in. all that is bs! only after 1 week i took the car home it had a lil transmission problem and the radio started to act up...so they fixed it. Now it has only been a few months and now im having break issues which i was told that everthing is new on the vehicle. its making loud noises all the time and my break light is on. Everytime i call for services he tells me to take it to somewhere else to get it fixed. when i first went there he told me i can bring it back anytime for anything. He just care bout money. i feel like they fix there cars up to get it off there property. the warrenty is setup to where once it is over your car acts up, this is because they rig their vehicle...i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. the man is a good talker and very convencing..

My husband brought his work van at Northside auto almost 3 years ago. It still runs strong today. We never have any major problems with the van. We deiced to buy a car from Northside Auto. This place is truly the best place to buy used cars, suv, or trucks. I brought a 2004 SUV ( very nice one too) only have one owner before me. The cars are clean and well detail before buying. Tom the owner was really nice and worked out a down payment with us. They offer in-home finance so even if you dont have the best of credit you still can get a car from them. We got proved for the in house finance fast and easy. I like the ideal it will be pay off within 2 1/2 years instead of 6 if I was going to buy a new SUV from another dealership. I hate the 6 years payment. I am happy and very please with our purchase from Northside Auto. I highly recommend Northside Auto.

The PRO: This was the only place that would and could put me into a vehicle I needed (a work van). The saleswoman was great! Her name is Luvi, she treated me with respect, courtesy and was on the ball about everything and giving me straight answers. I am definitely going back there to get a car after I save up a few more bucks. The work van is in nearly perfect condition and only 2 very minor, tiny issues but they handled it with ease. Seriously, these guys get some very excellent vehicles. The con: It was a very raw deal and I am not happy about paying near 4k of fair market price. Plus the 19% ARP... come on, just because Ive had financial issues in the past doesnt mean I nor other people with bad credit deserve to be slammed in the ground on over paying. After all that said, its the honest truth and I will buy my next car from Luvi / Northside Auto

This dealership took my down payment of 2500 and didnt put it towards my car loan. They overpriced the car I was sold by 2k and in top of that the next day the engine light came up. They sold me products I didnt even know I purchased. Bad experience STAY AWAY!!!!! I suggest you go to house of kars in Manassas. My brother got a good deal and my mom recently purchased a car and the prices were way better and the quality was better. North side auto did a bad loan for me and when I took the car back after lights that turned on over a month they ignored me and blew me off. This is a horrible place.
