I wish i could give this place ZERO stars. The manager Brad Smith is VERY unprofessional. After speaking with him on a Thursday evening I told him I would be by on Saturday early afternoon to test drive. On Friday I received a text message from a random salesman (Naldo) stating we spoke on the phone. (We did not) Brad Smith passed my info to him. I ignored the text and called Mr.Smith (on Friday) to tell him im still coming to get there to look at the vehicle on Saturday. Come Saturday, I drove over an hour to see this vehicle... upon arrival I was told it was being painted! I asked why and how long til its done. Mr. Smith said idk maybe 30 to 45 mins. I proceeded to tell him I dont appreciate this whole situation. I should have been called to say they were painting it. Which they had ALL day Friday to do... Why wasnt it done then?!?! Who knows! Then Naldo the guy that wasnt suppose to have my contact info said I tried calling you. I quickly shut him down stating he wasnt suppose to have my phone number in the first place. I then told Mr. Smith, lets not forget hes the Manager, that it was very unprofessional. You should NEVER give out someones info without informing them first. I do apologize again to the two gentlemen having lunch that afternoon. But for Brad Smith and Naldo Sousa... You two have alot of learning to do in the customer service field. Ive noticed the owner doesnt reply to negative reviews. I hope they see mine, look into their staff and do some adjustments.

Purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS (Midnight Black with Beige Interior) back in February 2016 and I could not be happier with it! Got the vehicle during their special sales event; I was able to trade in my old vehicle (2008 Honda Civic EX, 114,000 miles) and the trade in value was more than the Blue Book Value! I was able to drive off the lot the same night in a car that was in good condition at an affordable price with financing that fit my wants and needs. The process was smooth, and all of the employees were so helpful; I really felt like they genuinely cared about my needs and were able to answer any questions I had. While it is a car dealership and their job is to get sales, I could tell that they genuinely care about their customers. They have been readily available since purchasing the car for any additional questions or needs I have in regards to the car. Very happy with my new car! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a certified pre-owned vehicle.

If I could give these guys a Zero I would! This was our 1st experience with Sheehy and I can tell you we will never ever go back! We looked at a car and said we were interested they just needed to fix the AC and cracked windshield and we would pay cash for the car. The next morning they were supposed to have these items fixed and Brad called and said it wouldnt be ready till late so I told him we would come in the am. I called Brad the very next morning and he said they were having the MD inspection completed for us n I told him great we would be out at lunch time. We were on our way to Manassas from Herndon and I received a text not a phone call but a TEXT saying "sorry Laura we sold the car!" I couldnt believe it! They were the ones who took forever to get it ready! They knew we were on our way yet they SOLD THE G D car! Who does that?! Oh yea, Sleezy Sheehy Used Car Salesman!! Be weary people their word means nothing!! And they talked about how they weee church going men of God! Give me a break!!

BRAD IS AWESOME! I SO wish I had gone here first!! This is the second car I have bought from these guys (the previous car back in 2011 was unfortunately totaled which is why I needed to buy this one). After going to three other places I was just worn out with bad selection and scumbag financing shenanigans but these guys listened, actually HAD the car I saw on the website (a bigger problem than I would have thought), understood my finances and what was important to me, and worked to find solutions that would work with my small down payment. Answered my questions quickly and honestly, didnt talk down to me, didnt try to sell me things I didnt want. The car is amazing and it is far better than I could have hoped for with a price I can live with. Thank you thank you thank you!! Save yourselves so much hassle and just go here. And did I mention that BRAD IS AWESOME?

These guys were fantastic! I entered a prize drawing that they sent and I thought it was a scam. When I entered I thought they would pressure me non-stop to buy a car. To my surprise, I ended up winning $5,000!!! When I went and collected it, I was expecting them to say that I won a credit if I bought a car from them. But they very courteously handed me the check, took my photo and hung it on the wall. They asked if I wanted to buy a car and when I said no, they said thank you very much, we are glad we could help and have a nice day. There was no pressure at all and if I were in the market for a car, I would MOST GLADLY buy it from them! :)

I had the pleasure of visiting this outlet a while back. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was visiting from Canada and the staff took the time to explain all the steps of me acquiring a vehicle with which I could return. Even though I did not make the purchase, the prices were more than fair and the Manager ( I believe his name is Dean) showed extreme patience and went out of his way to make me understand the steps necessary to acquire a vehicle. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. Keep up the good work guys!!
