I was plesantly surprised!! The outside is average, but inside was brilliant. Ive never been in a pawn shop so nice. The employees were courteous and professional. They let me browse, answered my questions, and helped me make sure I had everything needed for the camera I ended up buying. I went in aiming to browse, and ended ip with something I needed! Im thrilled. Beyond that. It was more than I expected. I encourage everyone to stop by and see because you never know what great things you may find. Now to go work on my photo project. With the camera I bought from Mr. Deals. OuO (now, If I get an A on my project, Im tempted to find a way to add a 6th star on here... lol) Thank you Very much! I look forward to my next visit.

My name is Gina and I wanted to put out there that Mr. Deals is the best store I have ever dealt with, and Ive dealt with several. The staff is helpful, curtious, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable. Their items are extremely reasonably priced (Ive purchased several) and their offers for buying items brought in are exceptionally fair, above fair actually, they truly will out price ANY offer. They have an amazing, fun, and very wide variety of merchandise. I would recommend Mr. Deals to Jesus Christ himself!!

These guys are great. Great store. Great setup. Easy to find anything your looking for. Great prices. Great selection. And the guys are amazing. I havent seen them since I was pregnant w my twins 2 years ago when they were located on Monroe and I went in to their new store today and it was like seeing an old friend. Cant go anywhere else!!!

I have bought a few items from Mr.Deals over the past few years and have had wonderful service whenever I go there. Both Mark and Jeff have helped me numerous times, and they are always honest with you. Honest guys with honest prices! I recommend this place to all my friends who ask me where I get my retro video games and accessories.

I had a great experience here. Not only did I find a selection of hard to find and rare N64 games, I was given a great deal in credit for a game I turned in. The store was organized and clean and the service was professional. This shop is a whole new approach to the high-end resale business.

The only pawn shop in rochester that I go to. Fair prices on everything they are selling, and fair offers on items brought in. They also have the biggest select of old school video games Ive seen. Definitely worth checking out.

HORRIBLE, terribly over priced, you can get almost anything there for 50% cheaper on EBAY or GAMESTOP, i would rather sell my things at a yardsale. THANKS FOR NOTHING, BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A MAJOR RIPOFF
