I was looking for a keyboard and went in with a very strict budget. There were a few features I was hoping to get but didnt think I would be able to afford. I went in to the shop which was well organized and was greeted immediately even though the owner was with another customer. I was promptly shown the best item in stock and was allowed to test it. Bingo! The owner was willing to field reasonable offers and after settling on a price I made a quick jaunt to the ATM. By the time I returned the owner had not only packed the agreed upon item but had found an additional accessory well. No extra charge! I was also assisted with carrying and loading my items. Fast, friendly, exceptional service. Kudos Roc City Buyer! Well done. When the need arises, I will be back.

Wanted to pawn my necklace that an ex gave me, stopped at a few places and they didnt even come close to the price I was thinking I could get.. came here to Rochester City Buyer and they gave me more than I thought I would get. Super friendly guy helped me too. I was asking him lots of questions and he was really patient. I definitely recommend this place if you want to get the most out of your stuff.

Rochester City Buyer pays me quite a bit more than any other pawn shops in the area do, so its almost always the place I go when I want to sell my stuff. Their prices are very good on electronics as well so I typically find myself spending money while they look at my stuff. Haha. Great place to go to trade in your used stuff for some extra Christmas money. 5 Stars

Did business with them twice, left each time feeling like i should have went somewhere else. I guess theyre ok if you dont mind being treated like an imbecile with a crack habit who doesnt mind getting ripped off-and theyre greedy. I guess thats the American way though-what do I know??? Im merely a man.:0)

Love this pawn shop! Came here over the weekend to pawn off a ring that I have had for years and dont wear anymore. I was offered more then any of the other local shops in the area. Walked out satisfied with my experience. Great customer service and great prices. I will be back again!
