I just bought a HP dv7-7121nr laptop from here. The gentleman who sold me the laptop told me that the laptop came with Microsoft Office, and it was also written on the laptop that Microsoft office was included in my $260.00 purchase. I got home and tried to open Microsoft Office and saw that I had been lied to. Also, the space bar and the mouse pad are malfunctioning. I read online that the keyboard often malfunctions on this type of model laptop, but I should have been told about that before I bought the laptop. I was led on to believe that there was no issues with the laptop. Its safe to say I feel that Ive been lied to. He definitely knew that the laptop had these problems and outright lied to me. Im going to try to return the laptop before the "2 week warranty" runs out. I just hope that they accept it back.

Great place! They really have some WONDERFUL things. I bought my wife a new camera that saved me hundreds. I also found several great deals on jewelry, they had so many choices that I needed her for size etc... I recommend if you wanna save some money on nice items you gotta check this place out.
