I was so excited when i heard such good reviews about this place so i called to get an idea on what they would buy and when i could come by since this was my first time selling jewelry. I called and he asked what i had so i told him and he cut me off saying i just needed to come down, which i understand, but when i went to ask my real question, whether they bought gems or not, he said yes but no and then yes and no again (seemed confused) and said "he had a bucket of them". So then i was about to ask his hours and he cut me off again and said bye and hung up on me. I cannot explain how rude he was or why. I am sure these people are nice and fair, it just so happens in my experience he was incredibly rude, not willing to answer my questions and not willing to talk to the point that he hangs up on me in the middle of a question. Id like to think i am a polite person and i see no reason why they would do that. i hope this is a rarity.

I went to Ny gold and Diamond located @ 1635 E. Henrietta rd. located in Henrietta NY to sell my mothers gold jewelry as well as a silverware set. I figured I would get a second opinion somewhere else, so I did. I should have NEVER second guessed Dominic @ Ny Gold and Diamonds offer. He paid me $945.00 MORE than the other place I went to.. If anyone ever asks me where to take there gold or silverware I will be sure to send them your way Dom!!! P.S. Thanks for your honesty, you have yourself a life long customer.

Love NYGD ! I brought my stuff to another pawn shop in Henrietta and they offered me almost half of what NYGD did. I would suggest that you bring your stuff to other pawn shops if you think NYGD is giving you a bad deal but all the people who work there are very nice and honest. They take a way larger variety of items than most.... They have no problem paying for items. No pawn shop is going to pay you for items that have no value.

Terrible experince they posted a ad on craigslist that lured me in before i could flag it. First experince buying something from a pawn shop Ill never go back they sold me damaged merchandise they care more about $40 bucks then a customer I highly recomend to stay away from them unless you want to get robbed

Took my gold to 3 different shops.. No one offered me more then Dom did!! Fast and easy transaction.. Completely comfortable atmosphere. Saw past experiences and those people must have had junk to sell that no one would except because I had nothing but professional experience with this shop! Thank you!!!

They offered me $5 for a pair of raybands. The employee walked away from me in the middle of looking up the raybands online. The owner was very unprofessional and rude. He said "good luck trying to get $20 on craigslist for them." Soooooo unprofessional.. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional no matter what time of the day even when Dom was in the middle of remodeling the business he takes care of his customers first and listens!! Plus all the employees there are kind and understanding cannot wait to do more business with them!!!! Thank you cash for gold!!!!
