So I call just for a Rough estimate on a heavy item. Thats why I ya know... CALLED... first off let me educate you jackass, not everybody in Hagerstown is a crackhead Who Lies. Im a hard-working honest person and my money spends anywhere. To anyone curious about this store, I couldnt even get a sentence out. I got talked over while I was trying to speak and then he hung up on me. To the owner/owners I actually did like the store & have spent money there before many times. I dont think you should let whoevers answering phone calls today to talk to customers because they obviously cant do their job. Doesnt matter because, you just lost this customer for life so whatevs. If youre anything like the person I just talked to on the phone I know you probably wont give a damn so have a good one.

I use to use this pawn shop for everything, but now they will no longer get my business. I called to get an idea of how much I could pawn my iphone5 for and I was told by an employee there I had to bring it in. I politely told him I was busy and just wanted an idea, but I would call around other pawnshops because maybe they could help me with a price. I still had every intention of still bringing my phone to this pawn shop after I got an idea for a price until He responded by telling me " well I do not have time to buy your phone then" he then hung up on me. Horrible customer service skills lack of respect For customers. FYI train your employees about customer service because its costing you money. I Do not even need the money, I just do not need this phone anymore.

Worst place to do business with. Been there a few times and it has gotten worse every time I went in there. Third, and final, time I was in there the owner said he was too busy to come out to my truck and see everything I had. If I could not bring everything in for him to see that he couldnt buy it. Yet, there were two other employees there just starring at me behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. So I said thank you anyway and walked out. Went to the pawn shop just down the street and sold everything to them instead. They stated many customers go there because they were treated very rudely at this place. I guess this place dont know the words customer service at all.

I went on 6/19/17 to three different pawn shops to pawn an instrument. After visiting the other two shops and being treated like a burden, I was actually treated like a customer at Royal Pawn. What a great crew of ladies and gentlemen. The other pawn shops should really take a lesson from Royal on "customer" interaction. Thanks folks! Tom W.

We just bought a smart t.v from here worked with us on price also never had any bad service with any employee as all were very helpful and attentive to our needs or wants! We definitely will do business with them again they are reasonably priced and work with you dont believe all the negativity ya read

I purchased a laptop from this shop two years ago and now stop by every other week to see whats new. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees besides for one and the issue was resolved. I wont take my business anywhere else if I can help it!
