Tried selling a disney collectible tv dvd combo that is valued between $100 to $200. The offer I received was atrocious (only $20) and the item they were referencing on eBay was the complete wrong model than the one I had brought in. Took the item down to Utrade (less than a mile down the road, and once they actually listened to me and looked up the correct item I received a truly fair offer. Anyone looking to pawn anything that might be confused with a less valuable item steer clear of these guys! They were rude, beligerant, and worst of all incompetent!!

I came here to sell a bunch of random jewelry I had laying around and they just gave me the worst vibe when I got there. The person that I sold them to was just rude and gave me a huge attitude, which at this point I dont understand. Customer service should be your top priority if youre in business in 2017. If youre selling jewelry and other random antique stuff I definitely recommend the Jewelry and Coin Exchange right down the street. They are way more friendly and helpful.

Went to sell several items, if they were interested. Very foul mouthed and disgusting. Showed no interest when I walked in the door. Everything was f+++ this and so on. One guy was looking up women on his cell phone talking nasty about them. Very embarrassing way to run a business. Needless to say I left.

Hands down the best pawn shop in Rochester. Have a great selection of tools and very fair in terms of prices.They also give 4 months to repay loans instead of 30 days like the rest of pawn shops in city. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality merchandise for a bargain price.
