I have purchased electronics from this establishment staff was very helpful and assisted me in what I was looking for. I also was robbed in my neighborhood and I stopped by asking the nice staff was any of my stolen property brought there. I was told no but they took my information and told me if it was they would call me. I never got my stuff back but the fact that the staff took the time and took my information and tried to help me. Customer Service goes along way and I am great appreciative. I would like to let your owner know that you do a wonderful job. Also on another note I have met the owner and he to is a wonderful man. Keep up the great work. This is an establishment that does not take advantage of people in hard times and this is why this business has been around along time. Keep doing good for your community.

This place didnt feel skeezy or uncomfortable at all. Its very small but the guys there were pretty chill and they are kind enough. I mean they are buying your stuff! They checked to make sure all the electronics I sold them were working and also made me sign some legal bit about it all being mine and I was the one selling it. This is so if anything I sell is stolen they can find out who sold it to them later.

I highly recommend West Main Pawn Shop because of their excellent service! The store had an array of high quality products at extremely reasonable prices. I have been therr several times when I have been in a pinch and have always had courteous and friendly interactions with them, there are several pawn shops in the area but this is the only one I deal with .
