Dont waste your time. I tried to sell an MPC 5000. I brought it in and when I turned it on, to my surprise, the screen was entirely blue. He tried to offer me $50 dollars for parts, but I wouldnt bite. Basically when I was out the door, he offers me $150 for it. I still wouldnt sell it. A few days later, I decided to bring it back and sell it for the $150 because I really needed the money. I bring it back and as the guy is messing with it, he turns this little knob, and low and behold, all the information comes up on the screen. Boom, it was a simple mistake on my part forgetting to check the contrast so it turns out that the MPC wasnt broken at all! Luckily I saw him do it because he quickly tried to turn it back off so the screen turned blue again. He unplugs it and basically tries to buy it for $150 again and I tell him that its a working unit and Im not selling a working unit for parts. Im not stupid. He gets this attitude and tells me that he doesnt want it. I wasnt even looking for that much money for it and he knows that he could probably flip it for at least $1,000 minimum. He was just mad that I caught him trying to rip me off. I ask him if hes interested in any guitars or anything else I had with me and he says no and walks away. Hes a piece of crap scam artist. Hell low ball you so hard if you dont know what youre doing and he probably laughs about it with his buddies about the profit he makes off of poor people. Scum bag. Ill never go back there. He has a dirty aura and his karma is undoubtedly terrible, so, good luck with that. The crazy thing is is that he probably has no qualms about ripping people off that need money the most. Hes gross. Its funny that most of the good reviews are from a "Google User" and most dont even have a description of the experience. Its probably the owner trying to tip the scales in his favor. This place shouldnt be 3.5 out of 5 stars. Thats just not truthful. Its a horrible business run by a liar and a cheat and everything valuable he buys is probably sold for a 600% profit. Ugh. Make sure you know exactly how much the item youre selling is worth and youll see what a scumbag he is. He probably offers $50 for everything worth anywhere from $500-$10,000. His business is run on huge profits. Just look at his ebay page and look at what he makes on something you sell to him and I guarantee you that hes making a huge profit. Hes not interested in making $200 if he can make $1,200 off of your stupidity. Dont listen to anything that he tells you because hes probably lying. He tried buying my MPC for $50 when he knew the highest he would go was $150 for parts. That just proves hes a dirty cheat. Never take his first offer because hell go higher, hes just trying to squeeze as much money that he can out of you. Hes a pig.

Purchased a laptop from these guys (eBay ID: wraith140) on 6/9/15 and ended up needing to return it due to a family emergency. I was told to send it back for a full refund so thats what I did. Its been in their possession since 6/19/15 and I have been given the run-around every time I ask about my refund. Theyve already relisted/resold the item on eBay but still have not given me my refund. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute after they encouraged me to do so. They are no longer responding to any of my messages. Now I just have to wait for PayPal to make the easy decision in my favor as there is nothing for them to contest. I have been more than patient with these guys and have given them the opportunity to make things right but its clear thats not their plan.

These ppl seem nice but really bullshit you on everything Ive pawned my laptop there and only got 50 $ witch is what they offer for everything. Over priced items are also bad. I actually did a job for them and fixed 2 playstation 3 systems they work perfectly after I fixed them was payed 50 $ for each job called them a few days latter and was told they were brought back not working so they threw them away bs much when u can sell them for parts and ive never had a product return ed after fixing beware of the bs. Mind you I bought a ps3 for 35 $ ofline and fixed it its bn a year and still works. They are cheap verry cheap dont waste your time going here

easily the best pawn shop in the greater Rochester area. all of the places in the city try to rip you off like crazy, the one in Henrietta is ok but they can rip you off too. Ive been to pretty much all of them and these guys will offer you the fairest price on your item. its a pawn shop so dont expect to get close to retail price, bc you wont get that anywhere. But they arent cocky assholes like a lot of other places that will look at your item and just give you a price without any reasoning or explanation. Pawn Stars is not real life people.

I have tried 5 times to go in to pay off a pawn every time I get there hours before their close time they are closed!!! If i loose my item because of them never being open i am going to be pissed!! And their voicemail is always full so i cant even leave a voivemail to let them know!! Pick up your phones or be open within the hours your sign says of you want your money back!! Because i sure as hell want my item back!!

There a big guy in there he a big guy and I was trying to sell something and he but in when I was trying to make a deal with a different person. And he ruined my deal with the different person by chime in and the big guy was being very rude to me to like saying rude stuff about my product what I was selling. But the rest of people in there are nice just try to stay away from the big guy is very rude

This place always has cool stuff. Theyre in a great location, so they get a lot of stuff from the city and the suburbs. The staff here is friendly, if youre friendly to them, and theyre always willing to negotiate. If you like this place, come to the Monroe Avenue Trading Company, in the city at 179 Monroe. Its brand new, and has a ton of great inventory.

Had an item stolen and called to see if it turned up there. These jokers wouldnt even take my number as a common courtesy. He straight refused and told me if its there I have to come there and get it before it sold. I bet theyd try to sell it right back to me. Basically they admitted to selling stolen goods.

Low balled me very bad. Seen my item they would only give me $10 for,was desperate, listed for 250! I get its a pawn shop but the giant fat guy was rude and the way he talked in front of my wife I should have choked his fat azz out! Just a horrible group of people
