I would agree with the other two reviews on this place if it was 10 years ago. I been going to this place since 1999. It was friendly back then and with great prices. But their business practice has changed. They would try to nickle and dime you for every little thing without telling you. Their store dont take major insurance. I was under family insurance and went to get my eye exam from a different doctor. Took the prescription to this place to order contacts because i paid for an eye exam and order from them before. So they already have all my records, I just wanted to update my eye exam. They gave me the run around on how i need to pay for another exam for contact measurements. But why would i need measurements when I already done this with you guys before? These guys are a SHAM!!! If you HAVE to deal with them be very very clear on price and everything. I will not go back to this crap hole anymore. After 10 years, i think i should be treated better.

My aunt needed a pair of new glasses since she has glaucoma and cataracts and her vision is poor ; however, I took her for an eye exam and a new pair; I like the doctor who took care of her, explained the pro and cons of her condition; and he reassured her she will see better with her new prescription; the glasses with bifocals were ready in less than 1 week. I have gone to this optic for the past 10 years and never an issue. Doctor and customer service explained everything, very dedicated.

Been going there for last 13 years and dont want to go back to them ever. talk about getting ripped off, misdiagnosis, and misguidance. they lie to you about which insurance they take and which they dont, lie about how much they charge for exams and rebates. try asking them for a copy of ur prescription - i cracked up when he told me the copy of the prescription that i paid for is $5. i hate this place and i never wish to go back to slick greedy people.

Been going there since 3rd grade in college now n they have been just wonderful and helpful. They are just like family to you and help with everything and tell you the options you have and help save money too.

Terrible service, and complete rip off. They lie about prices, and lie about rebates. I asked for my prescription because I needed to submit to DMV, and they charged me $5. Isnt that illegal?

I have been going to East West Opticians for 10 years!!.....I love their prices and the staff is always really nice!....you cant beat their prices....I highly recommend them.
