This place is absolutely horrible and dishonest. I gave the idiotic lady my glasses , just to tighten, and she gave them back with cracks on them that werent there prior to her "fixing them". Then , when I politely went to talk to her about it , she told me it wasnt her fault when it clearly was because it was fine when I gave it . I dont have a problem with mess ups because it can happen to anyone. Its just how dishonest and rude she was about her clear mistake. Her should be fired . Clearly this isnt the first time she has done this . This is NOT the place to go to for any optical needs!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience at this optical. The optician there is really bad at her job and will ruin your glasses, dont take a pair of glasses that you love to this place. They are very biased on helping patients and will keep you waiting for a very long time. They messed up my glasses and claimed I came in with them, messed up !!!!! This practice does not deserve anyones business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The doctor is very nice but his staff should be replaced. I was shocked when I got my glasses back and I truly didnt like her dishonesty.

Horrible service. Gave my glasses to loosen them but I forgot to check them before I left the store, and after i went home 5 miles away, i found that my glasses handle came of the second I put them on. I came back to them the next day and they say its my fault they broke. I politely confronted them again about the glasses and instead they say if you dont like our service, JUST GET OUT.
