DONT GET YOUR EYE EXAM HERE or CONTACTS....YOU ALL WILL REGRET IT!..TAKE MY STUPID ADVICE...SERIOUSLY... I agree with this person before, I ordered contacts they told me it was $250.00 we had to pay upfrontso they can order it big mistake... I couldnt see through the trials or the original lens, they told me I need to get adjusted to them but to no avail they were fuzzy and I couldnt read with them so I gave it 2-3-5 days tops..still was fuzzy..I couldnt read signs on the wall..or even a book..after they assured me if I wanted it changed come back ..I did! then the next test the doctor didnt help ( he never let me read the fine print on the first eye test, and this test he let me read it....THE trials were worst than ever! I almost got knocked down by a car in my second trials...so the I went back and told the doctor this pair is worst...so he said...well i guess u have top go with the first pair...what a crappy doctor! ROBBERY!....., they said If I want perfect vision I have to pay an extra $200.00...WHAT???!! If I knew that was the price I wont have been at this place. The doctor > Dr. Baxter didnt even give me a thorough eye exam..he assumed my astigmatism wont affect me..WHAT??!! He cant assume that! I dont know what game these people play to get unsuspecting customers to let them pay more...thats not all > I ordered COLOURED contacts..THE LEFT CONTACT LENS IS BIGGER THAN THE RIGHT ONE...IT falls down constantly to the edge of my eye. I LOOK CROSS EYED!! The doctor and the sales rep. said they saw nothing wrong..and everybody else said...WHAT THE HELL.....YOU LOOK CROSSEYED! oooooo im so angry! SUMMARY.. MISLEADING, WRONG PRESCRIPTION GIVEN, POOR QUALITY OF CONTACTS, AND A VERY SNOBBY DOCTOR...I just wish I was more demanding....Now I lost all my money and I have to throw away these contacts, spend more money to redo eye exam, buy contacts..because they say ITS NON-REFUNDABLE!!

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE. MY FIRST TIME EVER PURCHASING CONTACTS THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR A MORON BECAUSE YOU ASK QUESTIONS. THEY ARE SOOOO! OVER PRICED. THEY SOLD ME A PAIR OF GLASSES WHICH I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR AND WHEN FINALLY RECIEVED YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY WERE USED BECAUSE THEY WERE BROKEN. THE CONTACTS THAT I BOUGHT FOR THE (YEAR!) HURT ME AND I CAN NOT WEAR THEM. THEY WILL NOT RETURN NOR REPLACE WITH THE CORRECT BRAND. THEY GAVE ME A TRAIL PAIR OF THE CORRECT CONTACT BRAND THAT I DID NEED HOWEVER WONT GIVE ME THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THEM UNTIL I PAY TO BE RE-EXAMEN AND MUST PURCHASE THE CONTACTS THROUGHT THEM. BUNCH OF RIPP OFFS! STAY AWAY!

I have to admit that at one point this place was everything the other reviews are describing but recently i went and found out that there is new management and some of the staff had changed the new manager was very helpful very polite and very classy when it came to helping me pick out my glasses and very informative as to why the price was what it was my contacts were also a fair price she even matched a price that i had seen at another place I AM VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH MY LATEST VISIT TO VISION QUEST OPTICAL and if you feel like one of the staff memebers are treating you wrong or unprofessionally just ask to speak to the manager her name is KARLA

Apparently it is common practice to make insurance discrepancies and blame the customer. Oh and lie about it and deny the deposit within solely an hour of the transaction once it was addressed with the employee "Lizette". What is interesting is that the glasses were ready the next day; it usually takes 3-4 business days. Im guessing she didnt want me to have enough time to do my research. But after reading these other reviews Im clear that they have horrible business practices and are a bunch of thieves.

I went in for an eye examination today and was very pleased with the atmosphere - very nicely appointed, clean and attractive - as well as the professionalism of the Doctor who did the eye examine. The counter people were nice as well. I dont understand the negative reviews people are putting up. But then, I have often found in life that people who like to complain - more than satisfied customers - are the ones who tend to be most vocal and derive satisfaction from being nasty.

I used to go this place for all of my optical needs...but not anymore! This place has rude staff who arent there to help you, theyre there to hustle you into buying their over priced contact lenses and glasses. This place needs some new staff and a new atmosphere because once you start talking to the sales girls that are working there, you get the feeling that you are being conned! Stay away!!!! I will never ever waste my time or money on them again!

So I call to see if they can wait for me because I was running late to pick up my glasses and tell them I will be there 5 min before closing time. They where like its fine we close at 5:30. I spent 25 on a cab to make it in time and when i get there it was closed already at 5:25 like really?

Dont bother coming here. This place and its staff are very cold and impersonal. I agree with the other reviews. Wish I had read them before coming to this optical place. Run, Run , to another place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Ive worn glasses since i was kid. The most ive ever had to wait was 3-4 hours for my new prescription. This place has had me waiting 4 days what a waste of time! Never again.

Im in front of the door on a Sunday at 2:51pm. The door is locked and they dont close until 5pm. To me thats BAD service!!
