I spent more than $1,200 for glasses and contacts for me and my wife. Had to return the my glasses because the perscreption was incorrect for both me and and my wife. They replaced the lens after a week. My vision was still a little blurry, they stated my eyes will adjust to the lens. 5 MONTHS LATER!!! STILL BLURRY. I have trouble working on my computer and Im a graphic artist. I just went to the poconos to visit famliy and went to WAL-MARTs vision care department. They conducted a thorough examination. They told me that the perscription from my glasses are incorrect (The walmart vision care was so upset about the situation they only charged me $30 for the exam). Vision World...DONT GO HERE. They test you like how Mcdonalds makes there food. Fast, out the door and sloppy. They should not be in business. ***UPDATE*** My wife goes to pick up my glasses and the tech gives her attitude. DONT GO HERE!

HORRIBLE. RUN AS FAST AS U CAN THE OTHER WAY. I went there after being told doc leaves at 5;30. Left work early got there in plenty of time to be told Ohh doc left. Then they blamed one another for taking call while laughing. I was so desperate I walked in today. They werent helpful and basically wanted me to leave. My frames broke dont have replacements to people like us who r reliant on glasses and panic when they break. Because thats what happened. The 3 ladies there didnt care. But I guarantee if I was selling a hamburger both of them would jump to help me. Like a CRACK HEAD to CRACK. Take the implication anyway u Like. Peek in the window and youll see what I mean. And I know people dont know how they r will go in but they dont have many repeat customers.

WORST optical store ever!! They told me that my glasses will be ready in a week, I called after a week and they said that I can come after 4pm to pick them up, and when I went there they told me that the glasses are not ready yet and that it will take few more days, excuse me??! and attitude of the people that works there is very very bad! They didnt even apologize for it! The guy just said "What can I do?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will never ever go there again!!

Dont know what the hell the haters are on about here. Customer service was fantastic. They are quick to get you in and serviced, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that the ladies love. Exchanged some witty banter about my being a Patriots fan. Their examination process was much more advanced than when I had my last eye exam 3 years ago in Bay Ridge. I can finally read things within an arms length! Thanks Vision World

I really like this place.. the only reason I choose it to be honest is becuase they take my insurance and it was close to my home. Overall a really nice place to go. The Optomatrist is really nice.. Amy.. and she check my isight to the and I love that. The cheaper frames arent s big selection and mostly designer this is bad if you on a budget.. but they do help you out regarding making a deal. Liz helped me and soo nice.

Something must be done about the customer service issue(s) at this place. Very rude staff selling frames that do not live up to the quality. My mother who speaks English as a second language was disrespected. Not one associate took the time out to answer her questions with patience. Until I had to go in and help her, and then I was not given the service I was paying for. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible place. Their customer service is awful and they are extremely over priced. Even worse than in Manhattan, where you at least get a great customer service for such a high prices. They charge $150 for contact lenses exam if you dont buy any contacts from them. Ridiculous! The doctor seems quite sloppy too.

I cannot speak for everyone else but Ive been going to this place for many years and never had a problem. Employees have always been polite to me and seem to know what they are doing. As far as pricing Ive gotten glasses for my kid and myself and they are around the same price as any other place Ive been to.

Great customer service and I love my glasses. Cant thank this place enough for letting me try out about 10+ pairs of glasses to decide on the perfect frames! They were also super helpful in working through my complicated optical insurance. Thank you!

Customer service was excellent all of the staff was accommodating and helpful especially Efraysa, the ophthalmologist and the lab technician. I would definitely refer this establishment to others and will definitely go back in the future.

Shoddy glasses and lenses. My pair didnt even last a year and they wouldnt fix it for free. To make matters worse they didnt accept my insurance plan so i had to shell out 250+ dollars for these mangled pieces of garbage they call glasses.

Very rude. Doctor kept rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth while fitting my daughter for some glasses.. Also, they charge the same price to replace the lenses as they do to get a brand new pair with frames and all.

The biggest mistake Ive ever made in my whole life was coming here. They make getting my prescription so I can order contacts online a pain. Horrible unorganized service.

My trip to this office was as quick as possible and made easy. The eye doctor was friendly and knowledgable in her profession and the clerks are well trained.
