I am forced to give this establishment a 1 star because their isnt a option to give it a ZERO. I came here to get a new pair of glasses because I was due for a new prescription so I made an appointment for the next day because I needed to have the latest appointment because my work Schedule wont allow me to have an earlier appointment. I walk in today and I speak with a tall slim woman as I told her I have a appointment she is looking at me in manner that would make someone feel uncomfortable as if she was afraid of the way I looked I guess ? Or maybe it was because I am dark skined ? Or maybe she was discriminating me because the way I look ? Or possibly shes racist ? I was turned away because I lost my insurance card but I did have the numbers that they needed to bill my insurance and photo ID,I will not recommend anyone coming to this location .

Euro Optical in Glendale has very friendly service, superb customer service, very helpful and competent staff. Their merchendise is very fairly priced and high quality. Strongly recommend. The Optician and Doctor go out of their way to help you and are very knowledgable.

Had an offer for buy 1 pair of Ray Bans get 1 free last Sat 6/4....paid $160. Got my free pair & was told my new ones would be in on Tues 6/7....not there, told Wed....still not there. Well here it is Sun 6/12 & I still dont have my glasses. SCAM????

I went there to have screw put back in my glasses and was turned away. All the girl could say was where did I buy my glasses from and I should go to where I purchased them, to get it fixed. Buyer beware.......

They overcharge you, insist on adding designer frames and additional features to your glasses. I wouldnt recommend going there unless youre vigilant
