Great overall experience with both the staff AND the Optometrist. To date I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Lam and both times have been a easy and great experience. I have ordered both glasses and contacts through this buisness. Shades of Vision has great prices (with and without insurance), convient online appointment booking, and amazing staff. Out of all the eye doctors ilI have seen in my life Dr. Lam has hands down been the best yet. I had been having headaches on and off for years and when I saw Dr. Lam, he found that I didnt need to be wearing a prescription with astigmatism and since then no more headaches wit my new correct prescription! I highly reccomend this business for everyone looking for a great eye glass store and/or optometrist!

The eye doctor is flat out fantastic. Great humble man that is very relatable and easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He is always ready to explain all of your concerns and actually looking to save you money too. I literally only come here for him and the 4 stars is just for him. The front counter people however can be rude, pushy and not that friendly. The glasses are kind of overpriced as well but I guess they work fast. Takes about a week to get your new glasses

Best eye doctor I have met in over 30 years. Is knowledgeable, stays current with latest research, down to earth, takes his time and explains everything in the greatest of detail. Wonderful bedside manner. Friendly, kind, professional, beyond experienced, and great sense of humor excellent with all ages. Took the entire family after my in tial visit.

Never go to these people, they dont like to fix the problem on mistakes they made, bad experience, the guy there at the counter that supposedly fix glasses cut up your glasses to suit his lazy self, instead of making your glasses to fit the frame. the Doctor there is perfect.
