I have been with Verizon for over 25 years (since before they even used that name) and during that I time I have been to Verizon stores in many parts of the United States. This is the worst Verizon store with which I have ever had to do business. I have been to this particular Verizon three previous times, always leaving after significant waits with some degree of dissatisfaction. However today was my worst experience so far. There appeared to be ample employees and not that many customers in the store, I was the 5th person on their waiting list. I was initially hopeful. While I waited, a few customers (who may have been more familiar with the store than I) came in, left their names, and went back out of the store, returning 30-45 minutes later to check where they were on the wait list. It was a full 55 minutes before I rose to the top of the list and was called. There were no apologies for the wait. Then the employee who "helped" me was unable to solve the problem I brought in, He was also unwilling to consider any possibility of different solutions other than the one he proposed. He was unable to think outside of the very small box in which he lived, It took him more than 20 minutes to not solve my problem, during which time he checked his text messages and/or in coming calls on this personal phone several times. So, 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I left the store with the same problem which I had walked in with. Next time I need to deal with Verizon I will drive an extra 10-20 minutes to a more distant store. It is probable, even with the longer drive, that it will take less time than trying to accomplish anything at this store.

Young man named Carrozon was not the least bit concerned about helping me. He was condescending and arrogant. When I got fed up talking to him, I asked for the manager and she too was rude and incentive. They both kept telling me what I couldnt have. Regardless of being a customer for 6 years meant nothing to them? And if they only knew I would spend $600 that day, would they care one aiota?!? Instead I walked out on them with checkbook in hand. I went to the Galleria and spent my money there. Next time I should just find a new carrier.

Wait times can be a bit extreme around the holidays. Do your research on-line before coming and making any purchases here. That will greatly reduce your time spent in the store. They have a good variety of new devices in store for customers to demo, so if youre not sure what you want to get, this is a good place to gather some first-hand experience before making a decision.

This store is terrible, however, you should not be upset with the employees. Its corporate, and how they setup the stores and require you to sign in for ALL transactions. Verizons only edge is slightly better cellular service. Other then that , Verizon is one of the worst companies to do business with and the way they set up there corporate stores is only one example.

Louis worked with me for almost 2 hrs today trying to resolve a problem created with the online verizon wireless, he was able to come to a resolution and was very pleasant to work with. Extremely helpful; as was the agent I talked to when I got home and had another question.

After waiting over 2.5 hours I walked out of the store with a new phone, but they did not transfer the contacts. Now isnt that the reason people have cell phones. horrible experience. I took my phone to another Verizon and within 10 minutes my contacts were transferred.

I got there 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. The employee was inside and just stared at me instead of coming to explain why they had closed early. Excellent customer service. That store just lost money on my sale.

this place is a joke. All the employees stand around together like hungry car salesmen. But when they finally assist you they disappear in the back room. Go to the one at BJs wholesale club much better! Or better yet....ONLINE!

Customer service seriously lacks here, they obviously dont care about personality in the hiring process! We got the phone but only because we knew what we wanted, the guy didnt even try to sell anything and was a total tool bag

THE worst customer service and waits ever. Bring a book and dont expect to escape in less than 2 hours. Also be prepared for at least a 50% chance of faulty information

The waits can get a little out of hand but the staff are friendly. Not all devices are kept in stock however which can be frustrating at times.

Verizon stores are terrible.. switch to Project Fi service by Google. Its great service and has a wonderful pricing program.
