I dont understand all of the positive reviews that this place got. My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. We were told they had to be ordered. Weeks go by and we are strung along being told that our phones hadnt come in yet. Hard to believe so we called Verizon only to find that the phones were shipped and received by the store. The UPS people say they delivered - the store said they didnt get them. The store then closed out my order and didnt even have the courtesy to return a call or to let me know what the situation was. In the meantime, the trade-in deal is no longer in effect and I am stuck with my iPhone 5 or I have to pay twice as much for a new phone. Will never walk into that store again. Also, the service in the store was less than good on the day that we first walked in. The store attendant was not very courteous or helpful. He kept asking me if I was ready to upgrade without even giving me the details on what it would cost me. Oh, and this is not a Verizon store either - it is a third party retailer, despite what the storefront says.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint. We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards. We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month! After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will! ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION. TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

The staff is incompetent.....upon activation of my phone what I thought would be a seamless transfer of my contacts turned out to be a complete disaster. My contact list was somehow doubled, making multiple entries for each contact. It took the better part of my Saturday in front if the computer to fix what should have only taken someone who knows how to do their job a few minutes to do. After I was told I had 30 days to bring back the phone should I not like it, I bring it in on day 19 only to be told oh no we only offer a 14 day return policy, what a joke! I honestly wouldnt buy a stick of gum from this store. I shouldve trusted my gut and went back to BJs, I NEVER had a problem with anyone at that store!!

I decided to finally upgrade my iPhone 5 to the iPhone 6. I was worried about losing my information as it has happened to me in the past when I broke my phone. The manager, Chris did a great job of explaining to me the benefits of iCloud and he personally moved all my information over for me from my old iPhone to the next!! I was so happy that I still had all my old texts and pictures!! Hes patient and explained everything thoroughly and helped me make sure all my important information is backed up for the future if anything happens. I couldnt be more happy. Made my phone buying experience very good and easy!! I recommend him and this store to anyone!

Usually I do not look forward to dealing with phone issues but coming to this one specifically made my experience well worth it and far from a hassle. Christopher Mendez in particular did an amazing job in assisting me with my problem. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future and highly recommend him for anyone else with an issue.

Once again, the staff at Verizons Washington Township store were courteous and effective in resolving problems that I experienced with my cell phone. I used to go to other Verizon stores but my best experience has been with the Washington Township store.

This store has amazing workers for the most part. They are all friendly, and sometimes give me deals on my plan and cheat the system when I want to keep my unlimited data even though verizon does not give unlimited data anymore. Great people in general.

Chris is the best! There is a Verizon store in my town, but I drive 5 miles out of the way to deal with him. He has helped me with countless phones and deal with a fraud case. He has the patience of a saint and is an honest man.
