After learning they helped our neighbor with a phone she didnt buy at this store we decided to shop here. These guys knew their stuff and could not have been more helpful. That was several years ago and we have been shopping here for our family plan of four ever since. We tell them what is most important to us and they answer any questions you may have and let you make the decision without pressured sales. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I am really surprised by that review because I have purchased several phones from these guys and they have been great in every aspect of my purchases. I had a problem with an Incredible 2 they took me through everything and when it was determined it was a bad phone, they replaced it on the spot with no problem. They are very nice and knowledgeable people, you cant go wrong shopping here.

I have visited the store on many occasions and have found this store to be the best! The employees are knowledgeable and super friendly and help in every way they can! Having phone issues can be the worst, but when you go in, you leave happy..I dont know how they do it, but they are great!

Store hours say 10 am to 8 pm. Why is store closed at 7:35 pm? Lights are on, knocked on door, no answer. Did not answer phone call either.
