Great experience! After going to the Fishkill store and almost wanting to be done with verizon all together I read plenty of reviews on here confirming my experience. Thankfully this store popped up right below with plenty of great reviews. I went in today and Ronnie was excellent, he was not just patient he went above and beyond to make sure I had a much better experience. I recommend this store to anyone looking for verizon. Galaxy s8 was a great choice so far lol

I walked in on a lark to check out new phones and a tablet. Chris and Frank worked with me in a most professional manner and got me a new iPhone with a lot more memory and a tablet. All in all, my bill is the same and I have more devices with more memory! I would recommend this store to my friends and family. I had a much better experience than when I go to the Corporate Verizon store. Lets hear it for the little people!

on 04/29/2016 i went to this location and was professional serviced by a gentleman named Sonny..Sonny went out of his way to make me feel important..i bought a new phone along with extras (case/charger) i highly recommend Sonny and his fellow employees as they all worked together as a team...i ask that this store be advised of their excellent service ,in taking care of me ..

Raman and Ritesh were fabulous to work with, they spent over 2 hours helping me and my wife with all of our phone issues. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly, I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family for all there cellular needs. Definitely plan on continuing to do business with these guys in the future. 5 star service.

Walked in, no wait, explained my problem and they were able to upgrade me to the Galaxy S7 with no problems. They were a little pushy with selling accessories, which I understand since thats where they make their money. As for service and answering questions, they were phenomenal. Ill definitely go back for any issues or when its time to upgrade again.
