This new Verizon store is close to my house which is a major plus. I am a loyal customer since 2003. It has the best customer service I have ever seen. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! Anthony Y. went above and beyond to help me with questions allowing me to call his cell for help more than once. His technical help was extremely appreciated!

I came to Verizon with an SD card issue.... The sales person named Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took time and fixed the issue. I would recommend him and this new store to all my friends. Cudos to Verizon for having such a good employee.

Waited 45 min and we had to grab somebody to help us make a payment on a phone bill horrible horrible service only two people work and you had like 20 people in the store on a Friday night does not make sense I do not recommend this Verizon to anyone
