My phone was not receiving a signal and had them do a $5 assessment to diagnose the problem. In half hour they diagnosed the issue to be the board, due to the age of the phone it was not worth the price to fix it and recommended that I should replace it instead of trying to get me to spend more money with them. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would return again with any issues on a cell phone again.

I would highly recommend these guys. Long story short my phone was cracked by a tire ride over and looked hopeless. I sent it in anyway because of their guarantee that if they dont fix it the fix is free. And Wallah! 3 days later I get a package. Was it a brand new phone? no.. but it sure looked like it!!
