Im sorry for the 1 star, they dont even deserve that! I took a tablet in at 1pm, the manager (Aissam) said it would be done in 3 hours. I filled out a form (he asked for my password and I just left the line blank because I wasnt comfortable with that), so I took pictures of my tablet front and back (sn), also the form completely filled out. I asked him his name he lied and said Edward, I said spell it and he spelled Aissam. I was like no big deal maybe he didnt hear me. I asked him for a slip because im leaving my property, he told me he didnt have one to give me but I could pay for the service and hed give me a receipt. I said absolutely not. I told him I would never pay for a service I havent received yet. I said I also will not leave my property with out some type of proof that I left it. So he printed out a tiny slip that said ipad air black screen replacement with the business info. I left the ipad air 2 there and my family and I left the mall for 4 hours, even when we came back we stopped to get a pretzel noticing his line was long. So we return to his store at 5pm and Aissam says, "come back later im busy." I asked, "well is it finished?" He responded with "no im very busy." So I asked, "have you started it yet?" He says, "no I took screen off but im busy just give me time, be patient." As if I didnt wait long enough I said to him, "well how long will it be?" He said "idk I have customers." So my husband says "well we are customers too!" I said just give me back the tablet and I can take it somewhere else. He said, "well you will never get a price like $140, or same day application." I said, I dont care about the price and obviously you dont have same day application either." Then he becomes arrogant and irritated and begins to pop off at the mouth. My husband says, "you will NOT speak to my wife like that, your mistaken." I said just give me back my tablet and I will go somewhere else. He says "Ive taken the screen off so im going to have to charge you." I said, "I am not paying you anything you said so yourself that you did nothing." Then he began to refuse to give me my table back and I said, "you know what im not going to argue with you im calling the police. I made my husband sit in the store so he didnt damage my property. I called the Monmouth Mall Security first, so the situation wouldnt get out of hand. They came and questioned him and he refused to give my tablet still. He tells them I told her 3 hours but she did not give me enough time this man change the info on my paper, making it seem like I wrote a 2 on the paper which means when I returned he had only had the tablet for 2 hours. I told the security guard that is not even my handwriting #1, and then my husband said didnt you take a picture of everything? Those pictures were my saving grace, I was able to show the security guards my original my original form. The security guards called the police for me, and he was so scared he put my ipad back together and gave it to me. Do NOT go there, I do NOT recommend this company. They are dishonest and I feel like he was trying to keep my tablet, because it was brand new it just dropped and was cracked. Arguing with your customers and trying to charge them when you did absolutely no service, is not professional. Price is nothing when it comes to my necessities, and honesty is everything when your dealing with customers and clientele.

Outstanding service. Whatever you are paying these guys - give them MORE. Fantastic, professional and human experience. Fast, complete and detailed service. Im blown away on the screen glass repair on my Iphone. I experienced the unfortunate event of having my iphone and LCD break while arriving at my hotel in Eatontown NJ for a work trip. I was in desperate need of either fixing the phone, or wasting money purchasing a new phone. I use my phone on work trips for GPS, meeting notes, alarms, email, and to make various calls. I was in panic mode, and called the store right as they opened (15 minutes before they open actually). The employee offered to give me step by step directions to arrive at their store. They were able to fix my phone in under a 20minutes, which allowed me to make it to my meetings. Overall, was 100% satisfied with their customer service, short duration of repair process, quality of the repair, and the entire experience. I would recommend for anyone with phone, or other electronic device issues. Customer service as it ought to be. This store now has a loyal customer and I wouldnt hesitate a moment in referring family and friends here. Well done!

DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend and I had our iPhone 6 Plus screens replaced here. Within a week my girlfriends screen completely stopped working and she had to bring it back to get it repaired again. A little over a month later half of my screen stopped working so I brought it back and explained what happened and the manager said it was past the 30 day refund policy. Instead he offered to give me a discount to get it fixed again....WHY WOULD I PAY FOR THE SAME SERVICE AGAIN AFTER IT DIDNT WORK THE FIRST TIME. Horrible service and company doesnt stand by their product/service. Miserable experience overall. Give your business elsewhere, hopefully this place closes ASAP so they cant rip off more people.

When my phone fell on the floor that day, I was super shocked because I was waiting for an important phone call for my job interview and my phone stopped working and the screen was cracked. I found this phone repair place by luck. They fixed the phone in 15 minutes. They also had really great customer service. One of the employees calmed me down for my job interview phone call. He said "everything will be ok" My phone started ringing 5 minutes after they fixed my phone.That was the phone call I was waiting for. This beautiful store literally saved my life. I am working in my dream job now because of them

Those guys are really great!!! They did a really good job with my broken phone. They use good screens, not cheap and bad screens. They were really nice to me and other customers. I talked to my carrier in the mall and they told me to go to ifix store in the 2nd floor. My friends got their screens fixed there too and they all liked it. Good job Ifix, you do good job and youre so nice. Keep it going!

screw you ifix you took pieces out of my phone. i want a refund. Im coming back and Im getting a refund. They said it will take an hour when it takes 10 minutes for my friend. And in the hour they were taking out parts from my phone. It was 92$ to give me a fake screen that cracked when it fell on carpet and 92$ to take out pieces from my phone

Got my daughters I-phone screen fixed wonderful job efficient easy quick & reasonably priced! Came back on a different occasion to see if my sons old j3 Samsung could be fix - but screen is not avail ifix did however put a screen saver to prolong the longevity of his phone NO CHARGE -PURE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wow!
