Frustrated at best!! I stopped in about a week ago looking for information and I was quickly brushed off, and told to go to the corporate store by the tall skinny blonde gentleman. I simply was asking for the rates at the moment and one of the other guys came over and started talking about sports and wasnt even paying attention to me. Furthermore, another rep on top of what just happened came over and started giggling at my question with a smirk on his face. I was in the process of moving over 14 cell phones and a couple tablets for my drivers and I completely got turned off of AT&T and left. Verizon turned out to be much higher in price, but hopefully the quality is as good as the service that I received. thanks, Kim "the really goofy lady" as the one salesman put it while I was walking out the door

Not good, attempting to upgrade an I Phone they first gave me a new one with a different phone #, when I got home and realized they told me I had to come back in. Went thru the process again to get the new phone with my old #, then a month later on my bill it turns out they took an old iPad of mine, assigned a mobile phone calling plan to it and called it an iPhone 6. AT&T keeps fixing all our problems that this place created. Either they dont know what theyre doing or just shady. Go elsewhere to be safe.

I go to this location because I had a bad experience in the Ocean store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was very clean. The staff was very helpful and they even helped me save money. They also signed me up for Direct TV because I was paying so much money. Now my kids can watch TV anyplace we go. Sean was the person who helped me. Go see him.

The staff in the Shrewsbury location were GREAT! They carry themselves in such a professional manner and helped me save $75 a month by adding DirecTV!!!!!
