I hope this is the inside store and not the out. Anyway very disappointed. Bought an s7, otter case and a screen protector in the store. The associate that helped me at the time was good but messed up my screen protector. They arent cheap. After the second try I had to leave l aND was told to come back when I had time as I worked in the mall. That guy was transferred to a different store never seen again. Went in and spoke with someone else twice, was told theveryone screen takes time to adjust, second time was told there was nothing they could do for me since the item was out of stock. Very disappointed, should have gone to the actual store

Great atmosphere felt appreciated as a customer, came to make a bill payment helped me lower my bill and save some money. They Let me know there were so many promotions I could take advantage of thank you to T-mobile inside the mall

The inside store did everything and fast! Recommend them, and theyre 3rd party. Better than the corporate store outside. Spent 3hours there moving picture and it still wasnt done. Inside got it done in 15 min. Love the inside store.

Great experience they have guys that speak fluent Spanish now too and everyone inside are very nice with a lot of patience it was impossible to transfer my stuff over until I came in here
