I cannot begin to explain how absolutely fantastic the staff is here. Everyone is so wonderful! I went in to activate a replacement phone and I was informed by a handsome young man named Wayne M. That if I want I can pay a small amount and I can upgrade to a newer phone which I was very interested in getting the s7. I really dont understand why no one over the phone ever mentioned that. Wayne was nice enough and patient enough to explain all the options I had before me. I also got a brand new Samsung tablet with my phone. I left with a phone, case, screen protector, tablet, and case for my tablet at a low low price. I left the store with the phone I really wanted and a smile on my face. This is a highly recommended establishment and I will be returning for my future needs

Store manager call me.stated she had to speak to her manger and get back to me that was two weeks ago . Nothing happenedup to now or anu solution. The worrest customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. I will keep update you about my experience and the great follow up from verizon retail store. It seems tjey go a lack of training and customer service. Use verizon corporate . DO NOT USE RETAIL STORE One of the worst service i ever had . I will never recommend you guys. For everyone visit this store bed extra careful, the wont disclose everything to you scam you. Read all documents before you sign ed been through they will rush you. Take you time. Lack of experience and knowledge.

Most amazing Verizon location ever!!! Staff is great and knowledgeable. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. Joseph, Erin, Wayne and the store manager Brittney are so pleasant and warm and welcoming. They are all a treasure and a pleasure to be around. They are such an asset to the company. The district manager Shoaib Khan is also a delight. I am going to recommend to all my friends and family that they should shop in this location. Thank you

This by far is the best Verizon store I have ever been in. I never feel like a customer there, its more like family. There friendly, funny and very willing to help with everything. Double dipping on activation charges. If you have a phone just deal with Verizon directly, they charge you for SIM cards and setup (things that Verizon will do for free) Stay away.
