They were quick and professional. Price was good. They did an excellent job repairing the phone and it was done quickly. I was given a discount on a phone case though there was not a great selection, that was my only gripe. I was also given a tempered glass screen at a huge discount. I had my cellphone (same exact one, unfortunately) fixed by another Smartphone repair in the mall. Same problem, cracked LCD screen. They not only took twice as long but they reapplied the screen at an angle and light was shooting out from a crack between the face of the phone and the side wall. I went back and they just offered me a case at a discount to cover it up. It also costed $100 more, but this was a few months ago and prices may have changed. Healix actually cares about the customer, which is really important. The gentleman who applied the tempered glass onto my phone for me spent a good 5 minutes (no exaggeration) cleaning every little spec of dust off of the phone, holding it at angles in the light to spot even the smallest impurities. Behind the case, you could never tell there was a tempered glass as they truly took their time to really - and I mean REALLY - clean the surface of the phone before applying the glass. I dont see a single spec of dust and if it were not for the tiny little opening where the glass extends past the case, you 100% could never tell it was there. My wife has a phone with the same tempered glass, applied by a service providers agent (wont name as Im not trying to bash the company), and I must say it looks terrible. Her phone and mine are a night and day difference. Shes made many remarks of how nicely it was applied to my phone. The glass was also applied very carefully and slowly so as to sit perfectly over the home button and up the sides of the phone. Being OCD over having the glass aligned perfectly with the phone, I have to admit this was very much appreciated. And again, comparing with the phone company tech who just sort of plopped it on to my wifes phone half-fast, its so much better when its done right. I 100% recommend these guys. I will go back for sure if I ever have the misfortune of damaging my phone.

Erased all the memory of my daughters videos and pictures from when she was 2-5 yrs old and all those wonderful memories are lost after directly requesting several times to not delete anything no matter what and the only reason for keeping the ipad was because of the pictures. My little girl is terribly hurt by this and it was very unprofessional. It was a huge mistake to give this place my business. I paid for expedited service and was told that it would be ready at 12pm the next day. Showed up at 2pm and had to wait an additional hour. Terrible customer service and I will be going to the owner for a full refund. Response to the response: The retort is to shame the victim and blame the customer for what happened rather than providing a simple apology and an offer for refund since your services do not deserve payment. The money is inconsequential and the damage is irreversible. Furthermore, the Ipad was factory reset which I clearly stated not to happen. All of the data is gone and there is nothing that could bring it back. The screen was cracked and I was told that the person tried to put in the password. If it is known about the digitizer then why would someone enter the password to force it to go into lockdown since the code would be entered continuously on an automatic basis. The data was priceless and it has been erased and the only purpose for having the screen replaced was for the data and I would never agree that it would be okay to erase the data for an old ipad. My daughter who spent endless hours creating videos as a toddler is erased and she is deeply hurt. As you could see on your video, she is a very kind and sweet girl and it is just a terrible experience.

After speaking to Joe one of the owners at Healix it turns out that my dissatisfaction with their previous service was all a huge misunderstanding. Basam was not the person who previously assisted me his name was only on the receipt. Joe has agreed to resolve my home button fingerprint reader issue! Joe was very polite and attentative to my issues with the previous service. If you ever have any issues at Healix please ask for Joe. In a matter of 5 minutes Joe turned a very dissatisfied customer into a very happy customer who definetly will use Healix again! I am very satisfied with Healix! Please disregard my previous review. Thank you very very much Joe! I will recommend Healix 110%!!!!

The reason I went in was because of my samsung S2 power button was broken. It looks doable online but be warned, leave it to the pros. A cell phone is very intricate and if you mess up, youre done. I called a month ago and once I told them what the phone was doing they knew what the problem was. I wish I called them first because I thought it was a software issue so I reset my phone and lost many of my contacts. The repair comes with a 90-day warranty which is definitely fair. Overall I was happy with my experience. Price was decently fair.

This place is incredible. I bought a Samsung S7, a few months later the screen cracked. Samsung gave me a crazy run around for two months with mailing it to them only for them to send it back unfixed claiming that it was not economically feasible to be fixed even though I had insurance. I called Healix and they said they could help. The staff was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it overnight. I would recommend this place to anybody with electronic issues. They replaced broken screen in just one hour But then had to go back to redo all over again and my phone still isnt working properly , stuff is nice but once u back thats it they talk like u trying to get something done for free better go to the mall they fix same thing much faster and u dont have to go back ! My phone still has issues worst then just broken screen

I Came here to fix my water damaged phone and Kay helped me, it came out to about $85. The process took only 1 day and I got a call that the screen needed to be replaced as well and that they would not charge me. They give very good service and care about their customers, I will return if I ever need help with my phone again, thank you Kay!

I brought in my wifes Iphone because the screen went blank. The guy was knowledgeable and friendly and explained a couple of problems that may have caused this issue. They went in right away and fixed the problem and the price was great. Would recommend this place to anyone need ing anything to do with phones.

They replaced the charging port on my phone, but I had to return the following day because another issue appeared in response to the work done. They apologized and fixed the problem at no cost. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend their services.
