i love most all gamestop stores but the one in the hylan plaza has a different policy. when holding a game for you they return it to the shelf in only 24 hours. the other stores gave me days to pick up the reserved game. i will not longer use this store and i have warned all my friends of this. i put aside a few games after searching the store for an hour and said ill go home and come back with the money. it snowed so i waited one more day and the games could not be found and they treated me like i had it coming. i decided to return all the games i purchased there previously and re purchased them at the other gamestop on richmond ave.

i went there to sell this gameboy advance sp and there was this fat dude that helped me it was like he was going to fall over the counter and topple on top of me eww! and he has the worst attitude my little 8yr. old cousin called them and asked if they had the game he wanted and the yes and he asked how much is it and they said CHECK ONLINE what uncivilized people NEVER GO THERE!!!!

After going to multiple mid night releases at this store, my experience has been very positive each time. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting the customers with any questions they had and were extremely efficient in making sure everyone got their games as soon as midnight came. Will go back every time a new game comes out!

An overall nice GameStop. You will get decent service on average. Staff is pretty awesome on midnight releases, my last one being Black Ops 3 where they served everyone online drinks, candy, stickers, etc. Was short changed $10 one time.

I love this Gamestop its the closest one to me the service is great the employees always try to help me which i appreciate a lot ill never stop shopping here this is where i bought my PS3,PSP,XBOX 360 And XBOX ONE.

Very disorganized, the PS3 selection has more wall space than the PS4 selection showing a known prevalent bias towards the X Box 1 when I was pre ordering my P.S.4 at least one employee insisted it was a mistake.
