I want to express my gratitude to Stefani, Nick and Shaun for the outstanding customer service that they provided to me and my daughter regarding a recent phone replacement that was still under warranty. Stefani could not do enough to help us with the warranty process, going so far as to directly contact Verizon on the phone for us and transferring the data for us to the new phone. All three employees were very friendly and knowledgeable when discussing the products and plans that were newly available. Stefani even recommended a different plan that was going to save us 60 dollars a month... of course we switched to it. I felt completely at ease and there was never any sales pressure but I did walk out with a great deal on a new 8 inch Verizon tablet. This is an indirect Verizon retail store but I couldnt have been treated better anywhere else. They have gained me as a customer for life regarding all my wifi and electronic needs. Thank again for a job well done.

Had a great experience in this store yesterday with upgrading my cell phone from my old broken one. Their customer service was second to none that I have ever had in a Verizon store. Michael we knowledable and efficient with his work acknowledging my time was important. This will not be my last time in this store
