Charged me $4 to send a 1 page fax that never went thru, and refused to give me my money back, Then I told them they could keep trying to send it until it goes thru & Id wait, then a woman came from the back& told me they ONLY try 5 times & NO refund if it didnt work, They said there was a problem with the receiving partys machine, but I called and the receiving party was NOT having any issues with their machine, NEEDLESS to say My fax NEVER went thru & they kept my money, Ill NEVER go back! They dont care about keeping customers, in the 5yrs Ive been to this store theyve been WAY over priced & SERIOUSLY lacking customer care.

I had a great experience with Minuteman Press. I ordered business cards which arrived looking even better than expected. I also had a question when ordering my cards and the women I spoke to on the phone was super nice and helpful. I would recommend Minuteman to anyone and will choose them the next time I need something printed.

Place was great until it changed hands recently. They messed up my order, and charged me to fix it! Wouldnt even re package the order correctly and wanted to charge me again for boxes to put them in! Will never go back
